Reviewer Comments: I shopped around at several resorts on table rock Lake looking for a place to have a men’s church retreat for 40 guys of all the resorts I went to Paulette at the front desk of the village at Indian point was the only one that offered to help me set up lodging for that many guys plus they have an amazing conference room with its own kitchen and bathroom facilities. All the condos were a 10 out of 10 for cleanliness decor and amenities. Every man that went to our retreat made comments about how awesome this place is the staff was amazing. We were running a little late getting the meeting room cleaned up. They jumped right in and helped us. It was by far the most accommodating resort we have ever been to the location on the lake is amazing along with their marina, which is just down the road, but you’re close enough to Branson to run into town for dinner and shows or whatever you wanna do we will be back

Weekend Family Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 6 enjoyed visiting Village at Indian Point for a weekend at Silver Dollar City. My kids loved the space and the large jacuzzi tub in the 2nd bathroom. We loved the indoor and outdoor pools. Having in unit laundry was also great for our group. Another great perk was being so close to SDC. The location made it easy to take a break during the day and return to the park in the early evening. I was a bit disappointed by certain maintenance/cleaning issues in the unit. When we arrived, there was coffee in the coffee pot that was clearly very old. The drain in the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom wasn't sealed so you couldn't use it for a bath. The sliding door to the deck wouldn't lock, which was a safety issues with our kids. There was a dirty q-tip in the master bath when we checked in. I mentioned the old coffee and the drain to staff with no apologies but only the offer to fix the drain to the tub. I declined as we wouldn't have time to use that before checking out the following day.Overall, we loved the location, the amenities, and features of the unit. I grew up staying at VIP so I was eager to return with my family. Sadly, it seems like certain aspects of cleaning are being overlooked and general maintenance is not being sustained. For the price and no offer to make the issues up to us, I'm not sure we would stay again.

Best place to stay in Bradson HANDS DOWN!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We often vacation in Brandson but the last 4 years we've stayed at Village at Indian Piont and I must say this is our spot now. Don't even want to try anywhere else. Staff friendly and very knowledgeable about things and sights in the area, pointed us in the direction on how to rent boats Thru Indian point marina which is 3 mins down the road. Great place to visit while in Brandson. Highly recommend!!!!

Got My Money

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Started off bad and went downhill. Booked for 8 people, sleeps 8 but bath towels for 5 so we requested more towels at 10pm and were asked to wait until the morning to get more. Pullout couch had a dirty mattress protector on it and the blanket for that bed was also taken out of the closet wasn’t clean. Master bedroom sheets were stained. Dishwasher had leftover food in it and the microwave had food in it. Definitely was not cleaned well before our arrival. To end the stay the ac stopped working our last night there. It was just as hot in the condo as it was outside so got little sleep. At checkout I reported that the ac wasn’t working and all I got was well you should’ve called. Really we asked for towels and that was asking to much so I’m sure if we would’ve called about the ac we would’ve be told okay thank you we’ll get it checked in the morning. Management has yet to call to follow up.
