Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was perfect for our large group. Plenty of room, well stocked. Enough room to hang out together. Good location to downtown, NAU, stores and restaurants.

Beautiful home, but disappointing policies and maintenance.The property itself is beautiful and well located, but the experience didn’t match the presentation. The check-in policy felt exploitative — standard check-in isn’t until 5 p.m., and guests are charged extra to arrive an hour earlier and even more for a 3 pm check-In. During our stay, the gas water heater failed, leaving the entire house without hot water, and it couldn’t be reset. We didn't realize this until the next morning when we attempted to take showers. At that point, reaching out to the property manager for a fix would have been pointless as checkout is 11:00 a.m.We also experienced the smoke alarms/CO2 detectors go off twice in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. Perhaps it was related to the snuffed out pilot light on the gas water heater. The hot tub is very nice and was enjoyed by the entire family. Though it should be noted that the house has a security camera that overlooks the hot tub and there is visibility from the neighbors next door, directly into that space. Something to be aware of for those who are concerned with privacy.It should be noted that the property next door has a dog that remained outside all night long, howling and barking. Overall, the house has potential, but the management policies and maintenance issues made the stay frustrating and far below what we expected for the price.

I'm so sorry you didn't love your stay! It's a wonderful house, and I'm sad you didn't have the perfect experience. The water heater just needed the pilot light re-lit, and is working great now :) The external cameras look over the entire yard, but aren't focused on the hot tub. I never look at them unless there's an issue, promise!

Awful hosts. Never book with them. They canceled our reservation for 13 people on the day of arrival, with no explanation and no further contact besides a message stating "your reservation was canceled." Never rent from these people and they should not be allowed on this or any similar sites. If i could give them 0 stats id give them less still.

This stay was never paid for or confirmed, so this guest didn't stay at the property. We'd love to host all paying guests though!

We were very happy with this home. Perfect house for our family to stay at while we celebrated our 2 sons graduating from NAU! The house is perfected located just outside if NAU campus to avoid the campus chaos, and well situated around restaurants and stores. Also the property manager John was very helpful while I had email issues with receiving the check-in instructions. We would recommend this home to anyone traveling to Flagstaff!
