Just returned from an excellent 4 night stay with a large group of friends. The villa was clean, modern and well-equipped. Set in a quiet, remote location with plenty of privacy, but would recommend hiring a car as amenities are not nearby.The views were stunning, and the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We honestly couldn’t fault a thing and had a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect Villa Stay Near Split

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Kaštel Lukšić! The property was exactly as described—modern, clean, and incredibly spacious. The 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms gave our group of 6 plenty of room to spread out comfortably. The pool and hot tub were the highlight for us—perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The host was very helpful.

An amazing property with a billion dollar view! We were absolutely delighted with our stay here in Kaštel Lukšić- a charming town just outside of Split. Our host and Josip their representative were wonderfully accommodating and instantly responsive to all our needs. The setting with an outdoor pool and hot tub amidst an olive orchard overlooking the valley with a view to the airport and beyond was more than I could have dreamed up. I am happy to recommend this property to anyone coming to the area - I’m sure you’ll not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful family holiday at this beautiful villa in Split. The location was convenient to the airport, the views were stunning, and the outdoor space was the highlight …. pool days, morning coffee, sunsets, and a private chef dinner. It was a great home base for multiple families.Angela was also an amazing resource, connecting us with our private chef and recommending restaurants, wineries, and family activities. She and Josip were incredibly responsive throughout our stay, and Josip was able to come by quickly whenever we needed assistance.There were some property issues worth noting. We lost power and running water twice, one time contributing to us missing our planned ferry to Hvar. Both refrigerators also stopped cooling at different points, resulting in lost groceries. Angela and Josip responded quickly and replaced some of what we lost, which we appreciated.We also encountered quite a few bugs inside, including ants in the kitchen and bugs in the bedrooms/beds. We were traveling with young children, and our baby woke up one morning with several bites on her face.Lastly, the bedrooms felt smaller than pictured, and only one bedroom had an en-suite bathroom; the others were accessed from the hall.Overall, we made wonderful memories here and loved the pool, views, and outdoor space. The hosts were very responsive, but the maintenance and bug issues were meaningful parts of our experience that future guests should be aware of.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in diesem Haus. Die Lage etwas abseits am Berg sorgt nicht nur für Ruhe und Privatsphäre, sondern bietet zudem eine traumhafte Aussicht, die jeden Tag besonders macht.Das Haus selbst war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt.Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Gastgeber: äußerst flexibel, freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
