This is a new listing for the MAIN HOUSE of a 2-unit property, Hosted by our SuperHost Shirley! Ask about special requests, added guests and early/late arrivals & departures!

Sleep up to 8 people comfortably, relax and unwind. The house comes with cooking utensils, drinkware, appliances, laundry, & basic toiletries.

MUST ADHERE TO CITY QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 10 PM - 8 AM.

* Please note that this property has an ADU in the backyard, which is separated by a white vinyl fence. The owner, who resides in the ADU, parks in the parking space and must walk from the side yard to his unit. Therefore the backyard patio seen in photos, while exclusively yours, is not always private. The entire main house is exclusively & privately yours.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Each bedroom has one king-sized bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress, sleeping a total of 8 people.

PARKING:
・Street parking only. Please be mindful of street cleaning signs.
・Complimentary Electric Vehicle Charging OUTLET ONLY. You must provide your own charger at least 50 feet in length to reach from the house wall to your vehicle. Photo of outlet under "other photos."

EVENTS & GATHERINGS:
・Events are not allowed at this property due to neighbors.
・Family/ friend gatherings & retreats are permitted for a small fee. Please inquire.
・Amplified sound of any kind is not permitted at any time.
・Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.

Events are defined by multiple items such as extra guests, party rentals, tables and chairs, tents, catering, musicians, DJ's, etc. NONE of which are allowed here due to close neighbors, sorry. Contact us directly for other properties with less restrictions.

~ Outside quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No exceptions; music must cease by 10:00 PM or moved indoors.
~ No smoking indoors please.
~ Do not congregate near neighboring homes.
~ Do not block any driveways.

***Please do not disturb the neighbors*** Do not congregate in front of neighbors houses and don’t block driveways please. Do not rev your engine, make loud noises or play loud music from vehicles. Please respect the neighborhood so that we may continue to operate for you and others :)

Respectful conduct is essential in this residential neighborhood. Please refrain from late-night loud noise disturbances, especially on weeknights. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM per local ordinances.

Please note there is absolutely no cigarette smoking allowed inside of any of the interior spaces. There will be an additional cleaning fee assessed for cigarette stench left inside the house.

Weekly maintenance visits by our gardener ensure the outdoor spaces of the property remain clear of dibris. They have exterior access only, with no entry to the interior of the home.

Our cleaning fee covers essential services including sanitation, gardening, property upkeep, laundry facilities, toiletries, towels, and utilities. This fee is non-negotiable.

Rules that are strictly enforced are primarily in consideration of our neighbors. No parties, no DJs, or amplified speakers allowed. Please refrain from screaming or yelling, please do not block any driveway including access to this home, and please do not congregate near neighboring homes.
