The Rustic Chandelier provides comfort, specialty coffees and chandeliers 1 mile from downtown McKinney. Get ready to relax and enjoy this delightful 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. There are 4 new smart TVs with Spectrum streaming and many apps available. This peaceful retreat offers a master bedroom with ensuite bath, a 2nd extra large bedroom with antique queen bed (note above- bed is being repaired) and a 3rd bedroom with a trundle bed providing an extra twin bed. All perfect for a cozy night's sleep. With amenities like a full kitchen to cook complete meals, 4 new smart TVs, An office desk and chair area complete with 600 mbps internet and WIFI printer and and washer/dryer guests can feel right at home. The outdoor covered patio with comfy sofa and chairs, outdoor lighting and fan, and a table for outside dining is coming this spring. We are located near The STAR and the PGA Omni Golf course in Frisco, and DFW Airport is easy accessible.

All the rooms were clean. The property was amazingly quiet with a beautiful yard! However, the weather was too hot to enjoy it. We loved the decor and furniture! It was very nice to have a parking space as well.

My mother, my daughter and I really enjoyed our stay in this duplex/condo. The attention to detail made us very comfortable, the linen’s, the beds, the fully equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was great, the house was welcoming and comfortable, and the host was so helpful and friendly. My son, daughter-in-law, grandson, and I were there for a wedding. I babysat while they were at the wedding, and it was perfect! We would totally stay here again!

The “Rustic Chandelier” delivers from every angle. It is a charming accommodation that is nestled in the heart of major activity, yet quaint and quiet enough to be isolated and removed from the mainstream. Located at the very edge of historic McKinney Texas, the Rustic Chandelier serves as the perfect relaxation spot for any traveler. The hostess, Pat, was extremely helpful and made sure that everything fit our needs and liking. We could not be any more happy with our communications and experience. This home has a ton of soul. The owners have made it feel very cozy and it's not a bland gray neutral home at all, very cute decorations throughout. The back patio is similarly charming and is a lovely place to kick back and relax. Definitely lives up to it's name!The kitchen is narrow quarters but well equipped and overall the home was plenty spaciousThe host was very engaged and ensured I had everything I need for my stay. Had a minor issue with checkin and she sorted me out late evening I would happily stay here again

Beautiful details make this home a Perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.Reasons I give it a 5 star The Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom toiletries . Pat is a sweet host and she is available for any questions. located close to many stores and entertainment. Bedding is comfortable.

This place was so charming! The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay along with different flavored coffees and creamers. Super clean and the beds were very comfy. Short drive to all the shops and restaurants in quiet neighborhood. Pat was so sweet and quick to respond :)Highly recommended!!

What a wonderful place to stay while visiting family in Mckinney. Even impressed my dad which is hard to do lol He said several times how nice the place was. We enjoyed everything about the home

We had a comfortable stay at this cozy and artfully decorated home. The home has a cozy feel and the chandeliers give it a fancy flair. The beds, chairs and couches were comfortable and we were thrilled to have many Keurig options available to use. It's a place that you could spend time to unwind or use as a launching pad for time out. Thanks again for a comfortable stay!

A charming home in which we felt at home upon our arrival. Quiet, clean, and well-appointed. Little details, such as kleenex, cleaning supplies, & extra towels were really appreciated. Beds were very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy this gem. In town to visit family & would like to stay here for future visits. Pat was a perfect host! Barb & Bruce Holloway

I was in McKinney for a ministry event!

Loved the property! Very clean and quaint! Great experience for me and my friends!! Would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!! The host was very gracious and accommodating!!!

Byron Nelson Golf Weekend

This was the perfect home base for our stay in McKinney for the Byron Nelson tournament. The location was less than 10 minutes to the course, and with Pat's input, we discovered Stix Icehouse, a fun place to eat nearby. She was exceptionally responsive and welcoming, even leaving a card for our birthday boy. The house was spotless, beds super comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with the most important thing - coffee! Would definitely stay here again when in the area.
