The Space:
To abide by all legal requirements and community rules, you WILL asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for non-locals and 25 years old for locals. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
Especially when the seasons change, Dallas does have bugs. We do regular pest control and we can have someone come out if you do see anything. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.
Please note guests will not have access to mailboxes or package deliveries
The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware.
We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.
Guest Access:
You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, grill up some dinner at the BBQ courtyard, relax in the zen garden, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.
The Neighborhood:
This is a new property in a new neighborhood. There are a number of grocery stores, restaurants and attractions nearby.
The apartment community boasts DIRECT access to the Spring Creek nature preserve area - perfect for walks, jogs and taking the pets out!
Conveniently located with easy access to US-75
Getting Around:
We recommend driving near and in Dallas proper, and there are rideshares for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.
