Centralized location, close to MSU, shopping, restaurants and attractions. Kitchen has everything needed to cook and feel like home. Definitely will be a home away from home when visiting the next 4 years! Eddie was easy to communicate with and attentive.

A great property. Communication was early and efficient. Property was clean and well kept. Thoroughly enjoyed out time here.

If you are coming for any events at Sheppard AFB highly recommend. Convenient to base, stores, restaurants. If a 7Brew fan it’s at the corner. Quiet neighborhood, clean. Appreciate hosts communication.

We love the location of this little house!! So easy to get to food and coffe!! This was our second time staying there and will stay again if we are in town for baseball again!! Thank you so much for such a great property!!

Overall a great little place to stay. House was very clean, nice yard for pets, and plenty spacious to host our family Christmas. The owner communicated very well and the price was good. It’s located in a good spot, within walking distance of two coffee shops, restaurants and fast food as well as the movie theater. Check-in was simple.

Wonderful Property

This home was beautifully decorated and perfect for our weekend stay. Eddie was always very responsive to all messages. Will definitely stay again.

Nice, clean, comfortable place to stay.

The house was very clean and organized. It was a comfortable place to stay for three adult males attending a seminar at Midwestern State University. I would recommend this home for a family or an individual.

House was okay. Not the cleanest. Thermostat kept going to 77 degrees at night which was extremely hot. The last night, the air completely stopped working around 5pm, hot water quit working also so couldn’t shower. (We had been outside at golf all day in the heat) The lights in 2 of the bedrooms kept flickering and the tv would go off. Lights in bathroom flicker and completely go off and wouldn’t come back on. Communication with host was great. They refunded 1 night.

Texas gathering

You never know what to expect when renting a VRBO and we were so pleased with our rental in Wichita Falls. We were running around a lot due to helping with Grandsons wedding and the location All American Lone Star couldn’t have been better; very close to everything we needed. Also, my daughter had to log into her work daily and the set up of an office desk was perfect!!Plenty of room for all five of us!

Such a cute place! Perfect location to everything. Though Wichita Falls is a small-ish town this place truly is center to everything. The back yard is HUGE, neighborhood is very quiet. I have a hard time sleeping in other beds but these beds were soooo comfortable, pillows as well. The owners provide all cooking utensils, pots, pans, and cookie sheets as well. It’s extremely clean and a VERY comfortable place. One thing I’d like to note and have now purchased for my own home are the sleeping machines they have in each room, which are a great size. They had low music playing on them when we walked in. But if you are like me and need white noise to sleep it was a special touch to have these. They also have central AC and heating! Which is amazing I’ve stayed in a few other places in Wichita Falls when I visit and they had window units. I will absolutely book this home again! Owners are also very attentive/responsive as well.

This unit is NOT PET FRIENDLY. Rat poison was found inside. The back yard is littered with trash and small bones. It is not very clean. This unit has a rat problem. The kitchen has a small pantry and it has a strong odor of rat urine. I found rat feces next to the stove. It is not very clean either. Under the bed trash, debris and used q-tips. I found a pill on the floor in the primary room. One of the comforters was unclean. While in this unit there was a storm, the ceiling leaks water onto the furniture and carpet in the living room. Do not recommend.
