This is a pet-friendly property, allowing up to 1 dog, maximum weight 75 lbs. There is a nonrefundable $350 pet deposit required for guests bringing pets.

MAXIMUM CARS: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 6. Car passes are $20 per car. Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour. Be cautious and courteous, yielding to pedestrians, bikers, golfers, skaters, and wildlife. No street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM

RESTRICTED VEHICLES: RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony.
