We had an excellent stay overall! The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything was as expected and we really enjoyed our time here.There are just a few minor things that could use some attention, such as a few lights that were out, and some of the game-room equipment could use a little maintenance. The air hockey table and foosball table weren’t working quite as well as they could. Parking is somewhat limited, and a little trimming of the bushes around the property would also help.Those are all minor things, though. Overall, the property was clean, well located, and a great place to stay. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Communication with the host was excellent. We had a couple small issues and Stuart was proactive in making sure we were doing okay. What we loved:- The beds in all rooms were very comfortable- The kitchen had everything we needed and was very functional.- The provided Keurig coffee maker was great- The hot tub was fantastic- The game room was lots of fun- The kids (girls) loved the downstairs room with the bunk beds.What was just okay:- Dealt with recurring ants in the kitchen on the counter. Host was good at communicating to help and we dealt with it. It seemed an on-and-off problem so it wasn't every day. We kept food off the counters to remove food source for the ants. - The furniture was fine but wasn't very cozy/comfortable. Not that we didn't like it but it just wasn't as comfortable for all of us to sit together.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It's well maintained and filled with all the necessary amenities. The highlight for the kids was the game room. Communication with the host was excellent.

The parking was an issue, 6 vehicles doesn’t really fit in the driveway. It’s just too tight and the bushes and trees that are protruding out into the driveway need to be trimmed. Had to park a couple cars just off the road. The house could have been a tad cleaner and there was not enough bath towels in the bathrooms. Had to wash and dry towels a couple times. Had to use our own propane tank to hook up to our seafood boil tank. Also the water in the hot tub needs to be changed, it gives you a not so pleasant smell when you get out. Needs more seating in the main living room. Overall the house was nice and we enjoyed our stay, spent good quality time with the Family. We got to play putt-putt and swim in the pool.

Our stay was perfect!! This house has everything needed for a week away. Soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, ziploc bags, foil, etc...all the things we've previously had to run out and grab at a nearby store were all provided which was nice. My personal favorite amenities were the screened in porch with the firepit & the hot tub. House was very clean & well organized with clear directions on how everything worked. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Massanutten

Nice residential property with beautiful Mountain View.The kitchen is well equipped and roomy. We really enjoyed that there are multiple areas to have group conversations. The most popular space was the screened porch with fire pit, closely followed by the hot tub. Easily accommodated 6 adults. Would love to stay again in the future.

Family Trip to Shenandoah

Great location for a few day trip to the national park. The kids absolutely loved the play areas. The hot tub and many appliances plus amenities made it a very comfortable stay. The only downside, although it was clearly communicated so we knew, was the trash disposal on the last day. Considering the amount paid to stay at the house, guests shouldn’t be expected to inconveniently drive 10 minutes to dispose trash.

Serenity is True to Its Name!

For our family trip we wanted a relaxing environment in a beautiful well-equipped home. We found it, and more, with Serenity! Our family included two grandchildren, ages 5 and 8, our two daughters, my husband and myself. From the instant we stepped into the rental home we were pleased beyond measure. The home is very well equipped and maintained, beautifully decorated and included games and books for the younger ones with us. The amenities included were more than we expected. If you like the outdoors there is plenty to do and see. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. And the hosts were very responsive with every communication. They were just GREAT!We loved it so much that we would not hesitate to rent this same property again!

This was a great place. It was very clean, the host was extremely fast at answering questions, there was a lot of space for everyone, the kids loved the bunk beds, the screened porch was large & nice, the kitchen was well-stocked, & it was a great location: close to the hikes & close to restaurants.
