We had an incredible beach getaway at this home! The location was perfect—just steps from the sand with amazing ocean views from the balcony. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed, from beach chairs to a fully stocked kitchen. We especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves and ending the day with sunsets on the porch. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. We’re already planning our next stay!

The bedrooms were comfortable for our party of 7. Check-in was convenient and timing for check-in was as expected.

Florida trip to rosemary beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great property! Description says room for 2 cars in garage; one side houses the bicycles, which can be moved outside but you will need small cars to park inside the garage. A suv for 6 people will definitely not fit.

Location was perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect for our needs. Beach walkover with ramp was perfect to bring the wagon down for my granddaughter. Park with playground was just steps away also. The house and carriage house were equipped with everything we could have needed. The garage was super small and our cars did not fit inside. However, we were able to park one vehicle outside along the garage door, which I noticed most others did as well.

Great House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience for our family. Beach views were excellent from porch and easy/quick access to beach walkover A (good for those having difficulty with many stairs). Low traffic street is nice, however parking can be tight with adjacent property. The one A/C unit for 1st and 2nd floor struggled to keep up on the second floor, *several box fans are a must. Picked an unlucky time with heavy construction next door and privacy being an issue at times with many workers and windows without blinds/shades. Overall great with only minor inconveniences.
