Multi-generational family of 10; we had a great stay - plenty of room for everyone, easy access to beach, pool and town. Views were spectacular and Kristen was extremely responsive and accommodating with her communication. A great location and experience - highly recommend.

Such a beautiful and comfortable place for a multi generational family vacation. The Kitchen was very well stocked for meals at home. Lots of seating for meals and games. Every bathroom was so nice. The younger family members really loved their bunk room and small living room on the third floor. Everyone wanted to stay forever.

The location of this house can’t be beat—great ocean views, the proximity to the beach, and walkability to Rosemary Beach town square. We had no wheels while we were there, so location was important. Several in my group commented this was the nicest property we’ve rented for our girl trips.

This house was perfect for me and my family. Its location to the beach steps was ideal for my husband and me, and the accommodations were perfect for our family get together. Kitchen was perfect size as was living/dining area for watching the World Cup or playing games at the table.The host was wonderful, and her responses very quick to our needs and questions.The shared pool out back was plenty large enough for me and my guests as well as the guests of the other homes with access.Thank you so much for helping me make more wonderful memories with my family.

We had a great stay at this property. The location is great. You can see the ocean from the house and it’s a short walk into town. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Prefect family get away!

Loved the size of the house for a large family. Loved the close walk to a private beach & community pool. Lots of outdoor seating for family games & gatherings. Beautiful ocean view. Our family had a great time at this beautiful home. Get hosts as well!

We have traveled to 30A for 10 years and this home is my favorite. It’s so close to the beach with amazing views. The walk to Rosemary is super easy. I loved being close to Rosemary and away from the crowds. The home is spacious and has everything needed for our home away from home. The kitchen even has a large crockpot which I’ve never seen in a rental before. We loved our stay and would return to this home again.

“Now I Sea” why people stay here

Amazing Ocean View House!

Kristen was so great to work with and fast at communication. We had 3 families stay in this house (ages 20 months-42 years) and it was perfect. The ease of access to community pool, beach and Rosemary could not be beat. We had a wonderful time!!

AWESOME

This house is everything it is advertised to be! The location is unbeatable - 5 min walk to all the shops and farmers market, and the beach access is 2 doors down across the street. Kristen and Rick were extremely responsive and accommodating. Highly suggest this place!

Our view has not changed from the time we constructed the home and posted the pictures. We have a gorgeous unobstructed view of the beach and water to the west on our second floor and complete unobstructed view of the water and the beach from the third floor. Highway 30A is a very popular place and has constant construction. This is out of our control.

Great Location, Property and Hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity to private beach was very convenient, making it easy for a big group to spend time by ocean without having to pack up kids in cars etc. Spacious property with balconies where you can look over at the ocean or people watch while the crowds enter and exit the public beach. Hosts were very responsive and assisted us swiftly when the propane tank ran out. Would recommend this experience to friends & family.

Amazing!!!

Absolutely perfect location in Inlet Beach and a short walk to Rosemary Beach. With young children, being able to take an easy walk to the house for "emergencies" was priceless. The pictures in the posting are even more beautiful in person. We'll be going back!

2024 Family Beach Trip

WOW! What a great house for a 10-14 family member vacation. It was perfect from the start with communication with the property owners who were fantastic to the location only steps away from the beach. House was well maintained, everything was as listed and worked to perfection. When we return this will be our first choice to stay in Inlet/Rosemary!

Amazing location

We have stayed in the area multiple times over the last 10 years . We absolutely loved this location because it us close to beach, pool & shops at Rosemary. The house is well stocked and with adequate space for a large group . We had 12 adults two littles . Air conditioning is nice and cold and decks are perfect. Definitely a house we would book again.

Sorry to hear you had trouble with Wifi. We have a local audio/visual specialist that can make immediate house calls if anyone is having trouble with WiFi. As the owner I pride myself on immediate responses to any needs that arise during anyone’s stays.

Wow! Beautiful home/view

Excellent location. Beach access was so close. You can walk back and forth btw house/beach no problem. The house is beautiful. We had a party of 12, everyone had their own space and loved the house! Beds are comfortable. The sunsets are amazing from the 2nd/3rd floor balconies. We can’t wait to come back.

Five star Home

The home is decorated beautifully And has a cozy feeling. We were steps from our private beach and community pool which made our lives easy going back and forth with small children. There is a beautiful ocean view that really makes you feel like you are right on the beach. Homeowners were very responsive to any and all questions/requests. We will definitely be back!!
