We had a great stay at this condo. Overall the condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The sofa couch could use some updating and was uncomfortable. The outdoor furniture was ok but could use some cushions for comfort or another type of chair. I would recommend this condo to my family & friends.

Beautiful beach view. Everything else was terrible. Everything including building was rundown and dirty. Had to cover the sofas with sheets. Mold in shower. Kitchen was poorly supplied. Apartment was expensive. Not worth the price. Stay away.

We love being on the 11 th floor and sitting on the balcony, reading, playing cards, etc. and listening to the waves crash on the shore

Nice 3 bedroom 3 bath ocean front condo. Wide balcony overlooking the ocean. Condo is exactly as pictured. Easy access to the beach. No complaints, only a suggestion, bring a hair dryer! Double check parking deck code to enter. Ours was wrong. We parked on the outside of the parking deck, which was absolutely fine. No issues at all. Would definitely stay here again.

One Ocean Place 1105

We spent a week at this property and were very pleased. The checkin process was easy. The property was clean and just as advertised. We came during bike week, everything was close by and the property was quiet. We will definitely return for another stay.

This property wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. The master bedroom mattress wasn’t on properly. Hinges in one bedroom were terribly gross looking, doorknobs couldn’t be touched without hands stinking like metal. We had an issue with a toilet seat being loose and a lightbulb burned out and it took maintenance 3 calls to get them to show 6 days after our arrival. The property needs refreshed!

Not Happy

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Making reservation and arrival no issues. Some touchups are needed for a facility that boasts luxury. No pets were allowed, but I constantly heard a dog barking in the next unit. Fire alarm went off at midnight and several times on a later dates. Elevators were down on other dates. There was no communication about the first fire alarm at midnight, stating what the issues was, nor any of the other fire alarms. All were false alarms apparently. Furniture needs to be replaced. The couches are old and stained and I had to put a towel down to sit on them. The bed has a big dip on the edge in the master ocean room and you felt like you would roll out. Balcony door lock did not lock as you could not get the fire closed enough, there was a wooden pole to lay in the track so it would not open from the outside. I was really disappointed with the facility and what we paid based on other places to stay in the area that would have been less money to book and probably the same quality.
