Everything was great except for the dryer, reported it, and maintenance came, unplugged and plugged it back in and left. Never did work probably, but other than that, it was a great place to stay.

The only issues we had was the dryer didn’t work, we couldn’t wash and dry our clothes all week. Had to go to the laundry mat. It was a big aggravation when property advertised a working washer & dryer.

Thank you for your kind words re: the property, its surroundings, and thrilled you all had a wonderful vacay! :-) Re: the elevators, we were disappointed as well to have learned the following, but glad we were able to make our guests aware prior to their arrival: ** Atalaya Towers is currently working to modernize their elevators with up-to-date electronics and hardware. This project entails replacing both elevator cars, which will be done one at a time. During this time there will be limited elevator access. We apologize for any inconvenience all of this may cause.** Come back and see us and have a great Fall!

Awesome Condo and Spectacular Views

We have been coming to Atalaya Towers for five years. We absolutely love the views, condos, and helpful workers. This condo was very neat, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed to make meals, comfortable beds, beach items, and even puzzles and games. We love the indoor pool, hot tub, beach, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Thanks for allowing us to rent your wonderful condo! We will be back next year!

Great Vacation

We had a great vacation. Space was limited in the kitchen for food storage. Overall condo was a little on the smaller side but adequate for our needs and very clean. Everyone was super nice to deal with.

Beach week

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and had all we needed. The elevators were fast. The only thing I could suggest is just adding a tv in the room that has the queen bed in it, which wasn’t a huge deal. We would definitely stay here again and I’d recommend to others.

Just what we needed

We loved being able to spend a week in Garden City. The condo was just perfect for 3 generations of family. There was plenty of room for each of us to have our own space. The access to the balcony from the primary bedroom was perfect. Loved the proximity to the water and the patio. A great week.
