You’re just a 5 min drive from the beutiful white sandy beaches of Naples! Multiple bars and restaurants within walking distance! 3 miles north of world class dining on 5th Ave and 10 mins south of Mercado. Located on a quiet street. My wife (Jess) is an ICU nurse. We have three grown kids between the ages of 19-24. We’re snow birds and live in Naples FL 6 months of the year where we have 2 small Airbnb guest cottages on our property right next to our own cozy cottage, 5 mins from the Gulf of America!

We love the fact that our neighborhood is quiet and safe. Our street gets very little traffic, but is within walking distance to many great little locally owned cafes and bars!

Our two Naples cottages have tastefully updated coastal decor and are perfect for a warm getaway on a middle class budget. Similar hotels may offer a mini fridge, but for the same price point (often times less) you get a fully equipped kitchen if you feel like making your own meals, as well as a large comfy couch. You can also park right at the front entrance. We offer free use of our laundry facilities and beach chairs.
