Located less than 15 minutes (walk) to Rosslyn Metro station, or 25-30 minute walk by foot to Georgetown, NW DC.
This serene rental offers a sunny bedroom that can sleep two, WiFi, fitness center, resident’s lounge with private workspaces, heating, and AC for your comfort and full kitchen. The bedroom features a Full-sized tempurpedic mattress that can sleep two and a closet dedicated for guests.

The guest bathroom features a bathtub with shower and a well-lit vanity to get ready.
No washer/dryer in unit, however there is access to washer/dryer in the building for a small fee.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s let’s than 5 minutes walking to Iwo Jima, 25 minute walk to historic Georgetown, and just a 15 minute metro ride into Washington, DC.
