Welcome to Lani Kai Village 210, located in the heart of Gulf Shores. This is a conveniently located condo that sits directly across the street from the beach, including private access and indirect views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. The interior has recently been completely refinished and you'll love the beachy feel. The unit sleeps up to six guests with a queen in the master bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom.
The balcony looks over West Beach Boulevard to give you wonderful indirect views of the beach and Gulf. What's more, Lani Kai 210 is located in the heart of Gulf Shores and minutes away from wonderful family attractions like the zoo, amusement/water parks, OWA, music venues, and The Wharf. You are within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops.
Interior Appointments: Fully equipped kitchen, 3 Smart TVs, washer and dryer, balcony, and high-end cotton linens.
Complex Amenities: Two outdoor pools, grilling area, deeded beach access.
Parking is limited to two (2) cars per unit. Please note the price also includes the parking fee at Lani Kai Village.

The place was just as wonderful as advertised. Kitchen stocked with supplies. Bedding and towels were fantastic. The ceiling skylight was a wonderful surprise.Pools and outdoor area kept very clean and maintained. Can't say enough good about this one.

We are a family of five, with three teenage boys. We loved everything about this property! We loved the close access to the beach – which we visited every day! Our beach access was much less crowded than other areas; we were quite pleased. We loved sitting on the balcony with the ocean view, We loved the pool for evening swims. We loved the close access to the restaurants, mini golf, shopping, pier, even drove to Pensacola one day. The parking under the building was handy. We found the kitchen stocked with everything we needed for a few easy meals, including both a coffee maker and Keurig. Plenty of seating in the living room, and comfy beds. We utilized the washer/dryer for our wet beach towels before heading home. If we visit the Gulf Shores area again, we would definitely reserve the same property! Thank you for sharing it with us.

This was a great little place for a girls trip of four. The check in process was easy and overall pretty cleanly. The private beach access was just across the street and the pool was nice. Would stay here again!

Kitchen was very user friendly. Clean and well decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue was the steps. Actually like climbing up 3 flights instead of the 2 we expected.

So there was some miscommunication the very first night we were there. It resulted in a man in a security shirt screaming, cussing, insulting me and my kids. My smallest child was scared to death the whole time we were there. Did not want to see that man. The other guy I met Richard was really nice but the first man was crazy and I felt like he stalked us all weekend. We caught him hiding behind bushes our whole stay. Very unprofessional
