Please note that this 2nd floor condo is located across the street from the beach with an indirect Gulf view from balcony and does not have an elevator.

Overall, a good little vacation spot. Listing said the condo was on the second floor, it’s actually on the third. Lots of trips brining all my wifes vacation clothes up. Lol Condo was clean and nice. Wifi was fast and the walk to the beach is not bad at all.

We had a great stay. The property was well maintained, mostly clean, and just a short walk to the beach, which made it very convenient. The grounds were clean and well kept, and the accessible parking was a nice feature; however, the multiple flights of stairs to our unit were quite a challenge. A few minor issues kept it from being a perfect stay. The couch had dirt stains, which we covered with linens, and there was some rust on a few fixtures. These weren't major problems, but they were noticeable and could use some attention.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning. With a little extra attention to those small maintenance and cleaning details, this would easily be a 5-star property.

Great little condo for a family of 4. I love that it’s right across the street from the beach. Kids had a great time in the pool. Hosts were excellent. The dryer was broken and they had someone there within an hour of me messaging them. They have almost everything you need except toilet paper and garbage bags. You’ll have to supply those. The beds were super comfortable. I loved the chairs on the deck and sat out there a lot looking at the ocean.

We had most everything we needed. It would have been nice to have a couple of beach towels. Location was amazing and parking was amazing well. Property manager responded fairly quick when we reached out.

Our stay was great and the room was as expected. We loved the location to the beach, dinner locations, and shopping. The only recommendation I have is to have better lit condo numbers for easier location at night time and clear directions for stay provided inside the condo.

Most shops and restaurants are a little farther than we expected. Only down fall for us was we like a private balcony. I would recommend lighting up the address numbers. Very difficult when arriving at night to see the numbers.

Great location. Right by public beach access, we enjoyed the pool and spent lots of time there reading and sitting on the porch. Master bed was comfy. Only complaint was there was no skillet or frying pan, to cook eggs. And the freezer didn't keep our ice cream frozen.

Constant ticking sound from utility closet. Some lamps had no light bulbs. The bathroom had only one lightbulb in a two lightbulb fixture.
