Very clean but a little further from the beach than what we thought but was manageable overall a really nice stay

Loved our stay. Very clean. My sister lives very close by and we enjoyed the awesome pool a couple of days. The red refrigerator was a huge hit.

It was a nice little place. Took my son that graduated down to the gulf and needed a reasonable priced place to stay for 4 days and I found this place. Outside was nice. Walking distance from a few places that we liked. Not far from the beach. Laundry on site. Everything you would need to cook. Bed was actually comfortable. It was hot down there and it was nice to come back to a nice cool place. The other visitors were nice and kept to themselves. No loud partying when we were there. I would definitely go back.

Pool was closed for the winter season, understandable. A heater would be lovely for year round use. Screen door would also be well used during the cooler months as our windows had no screens either. For a 2 month stay it was enjoyable. A great perk is the Gulf state park bike trails begin right behind the condo area. If your staying we'd advise having a bike.

For the price paid I feel like an idiot. Got screwed w/ bright parking lot light blasting through out bed room curtains that were thin and light colored so we had to hang our beach towels on the curtain rods to help keep the bright light out while we tried to sleep in a queen size bed. There was one roll of toilet paper on the roll and that was it. So we supplied our own. Then in the kitchen there was a pepper grinder w/ a few peppercorns in it but the salt shaker empty. So we supplied our own. No dish washer so we hand washed everything but that’s ok. TV service…. Aweful.
