The Cove 206A Updated Cozy 2 Bed/2 Bath Condo Located just steps from the Beach!

The Cove is located across the street to the white sugar sands and beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Our unit was fully renovated 2018 and has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It can sleep up to 6 comfortably. King size bed in master bedroom, flat screen TV, large closet, and separate bathroom entrance. The loft has a queen bed and connected full bath. A queen pull out couch is available in the living room along with a flat screen TV, DVD player, family friendly games, and free Wi-Fi . Fully equipped kitchen and additional entrance to the master bath and washer/dryer.

Access by 2 flights of stairs with no elevator. The Cove has a private pool and a BBQ area located on the premises. Also included is access to the private boat ramp to Little Lagoon for fishing and jet ski access.

Located by Pier 33, for grocery convenience, and less than 1 mile walking distance to the Hangout and other fabulous restaurants.

It was actually about a 4 block walk to the beach which we were alittle disappointed and as far as beach view , not so good. The stairs to the loft were dangerous but I loved the loft. Getting up the 2 flights of stairs was not easy with luggage. Over all the condo was good, would probably come back.

The place was very clean when we arrived. It’s a short 15-20 minute walk to the public beach access. We were allowed to check in a little early due to an early arrival. A little wear and tear is showing in the condo but still the overall stay was very nice.

This beach property was a nice price for the location. The walk to the beach was a little further than we’d anticipated, but not terrible, perhaps a little sport wagon would have been helpful to carry all the things to and from for a beach day. Thankfully my kids didn’t mind the steep climb to the other sleeping area-they had a blast! Grateful for a couple laundry pods and dishwasher tabs provided as well. Communication was great, parking was easy, a second level entry took a few trips to carry up the items we brought for the stay. Overall a good experience.

Place was honestly fantastic, no major complaints! Only things I'd mention, which staircase to use, actual list of what's provided (we could've saved some space!), some cabinet space (they provide so many kitchen appliances that there was literally no room for food anywhere).Overall, I would stay there again! Location was great, price was unbeatable, and overall well kept.

The location was great. I loved the rooms and the convenience of two bathrooms. Instructions for checkout were clear. I didn’t use all of the facilities but felt safe and enjoyed myself.

Great stay close to the beach! Had everything we needed. Didn’t have a tiny issue with the lights in the living room and bedroom not working, but didn’t affect our stay. Beds were comfortable area was quiet host or friendly and prompt on replies. Overall a great experience will definitely come again!

Comfortable getaway!

The condo was not only well maintained and clean, but very comfortable and close to everything we could need and want! The hosts were easy to connect with and maintained open communication!
