Unwind in the inviting living area, featuring two leather home theater electric recliners, a queen sleeper sofa, a warm gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. Step onto the private patio and breathe in the crisp mountain air. The fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, makes meal preparation a breeze. The dining area comfortably seats 4. The bedroom offers a relaxing queen bed and TV, while the guest bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and granite countertops. A convenient entryway with a boot bench and an alcove for storing up to 4 sets of skis or snowboards completes the space.

Good location

Great location, very nice kitchen and bathroom, the bad was comfortable. It’s a great apartment for two persons.

Spring break

We had a great time skiing in Colorado and enjoyed relaxing in this cozy place. Very convenient location close to slopes.

Apartment was really nice, it was clean, we had everything we needed and it’s a really good location. 3 min from ski slopes, restaurants and keystone village. We will be back for sure.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the Snowdance condo. We loved how close it was to the slopes and ended up walking to the Peru lift. The furniture and decor of the condo was updated and beautiful. It had all the utensils and cookware we needed. We did not experience any problems with the unit at all. The parking lot was pretty icy but nothing that Summit County Mountain Retreats could do about that. Great stay and we would definitely recommend it to our friends and family!

Review

The manager was very good but she could not tell us where the hot tub was . We finally found it the last day . It is in snow dance manor building on the 1st floor . The tv is hard to watch your u tube tv without owners code and they will not give it to you . There should be a book with all the instructions to everything. We did not know how to turn the fireplace on . We thought it needed better instruction for everything.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
