This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen-sized sleeper sofa. It is ideally located in Lakeside Village so you’re just steps away from shops, restaurants and lake activities. Short walk from the Keystone Conference Center and a short shuttle ride to Keystone Resort. It offers beautiful mountain and lake views from the private balcony. Stainless steel appliances and a private garage. With parking very limited at Lakeshore, a garage is a true plus because not all units have garages. Guests of Lakeshore have access to the East Lake Clubhouse that features an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.
The living area features a flat screen TV next to a gas fireplace and the picture frame window offers beautiful mountain and lake views. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed and additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and overlooks Keystone Lake with mountain views beyond.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four people. There is a quarter bathroom for guests with a single sink vanity. It also has an entrance to the primary bathroom. Bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The primary bathroom has a single sink vanity and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy.
(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

This condo is in an excellent location. We enjoyed the pool and watching people play hockey and skate on the ice rink. It had nearly everything we needed for our short mountain stay.

Having a garage to park in when it snows is great! Condo had everything we needed and being able to walk to a few bars was a nice bonus.

Very good location close to many things. Enjoyed walks and runs around the small lake and local roads and trails. Great communication from the office staff throughout my stay.

Good location. A short walk to the shuttle pickup spot which is at Keystone Lodge. The room furniture is dated but the appliances are new. Overall it's fine. Nice little balcony. The room is hot all the time so open the windows. Im sure the fireplace is nice but not sure when you would use it. :)

Very Good!
We came for a conference and was pleasantly surprised by the condo. It is cozy and comfortable. It is literally across highway 6 from the conference center. It has a beautiful large window view of the Keystone Lake Ice Rink. All the amenities were provided from the bathroom to the bedroom to the kitchen. It is also a nicely quiet building. We would rent this condo again!

Beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Comfortable bed and lots of huge pillows! Fully equipped kitchen. Short walk to the conference center. convenient free shuttle service to restaurants and shops. Great place for a summertime mountain vacation

For spending most of the day at a convention this condo was good if a bit pricey for its condition. There were a few broken things. It was very quiet and very clean and VERY CONVENIENT to my conference.

The property itself is great. It is clean, comfortable, and the location is fantastic. We really enjoyed the physical space during our stay. However, the property management company was incredibly frustrating to deal with. They send automated text messages saying, "Please let us know if there is anything we can do to improve your experience," but it is completely empty talk. I reached out three separate times over two days asking for help with connecting to the TV/Projector via AirPlay. I was completely ghosted. No reply, no help, no acknowledgment whatsoever. Ironically, the only messages I received after my requests for help were more automated texts demanding I follow their check-out process and asking me to leave a 5-star rating.

I rented this place for a few days when my girlfriend came to visit me in Denver. It was the perfect location at a reasonable price. The furniture was a little dated and not super comfortable. We were there to hang out and ski. I would recommend this place. One thing to note: It is a kinda long walk (especially when it is snowing) from the unit to the pool/hotub. Pictures and description make it seem closer

I must not have looked at the pictures and just saw the price, because had I looked at the pictures I probably would have gone elsewhere. This place was very outdated, and the area by the elevator stunk like horrible body odor. The bed was comfortable, but otherwise I'd go elsewhere next time.

We unfortunately do not manage the common areas of the building, but the smell you experienced near the elevator is not typical and we will reach out to the HOA to ensure this is resolved.
