This company was incredibly accommodating to our needs and very responsive when we had a question. The gorgeous views from the balcony were a lovely addition to our already wonderful stay. We also really enjoyed the hot tub. We were frustrated with the oven; it took forever to heat up, so things did not bake properly. The fridge was also very difficult to open and required so much force to open that it often moved in the process. Aside from those small inconveniences, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Great location and plenty of space! Refrigerator was funky(weird shelves), oven took a very long time to heat, no pot holders and there were ants in one of the upstairs bathrooms on the sink.

When we reached out on the second day of your stay you gave us a 4/5 star rating but did not give us any of this feedback you mentioned in your review. We're a local company and would've been happy to come by and address all of the issues you had. Wish we were given any kind of details on this, we continue to update this home for our guests to be comfortable. All amenities are in good working condition!

This house was perfect for our needs which was an extended-family reunion. We had 17 people wirh 1 teen, 7 young adults and us 9 older parents. We all enjoyed the hot tub and spacious kitchen / living areas. The location was close to the beach and village which had enough things to do to keep everyone entertained. I will say that even though the listing says the house accommodates 20 people, I can’t imagine fitting more than 17 people very comfortably (unless there’s small children who can share master bedrooms with parents). Every bedroom (except loft) has a patio or deck which is very nice. And while the house is older and a few minor things came up, the rental property was very responsive and handled everything quickly. A few things to note:For the bedroom that doesn’t have a designated bathroom I would suggest putting a mirror in there so that people can still do their hair and makeup. Additionally I suggest adding some drawers in the room since one shelf in the closet isn’t enough to keep things organized. Drawers or cubbies in the loft room (3 beds) would also be very helpful for those sleeping there. The outdoor fireplace emits smoke from the front (not just the chimney ) but the handyman said that the flue was open as much as possible. The smoke did affect some of us who wanted to sit by the fire - something to note for those planning to use it. (There is a fire table which we also used and everyone liked.)

REALLY LOVED STAYING HERE! The place is huge, the views are amazing, the common areas are spacious and very comfortable, there are plenty of bathrooms, and the balconies, back yard, hot tub, and fire place were awesome. Our team would joke that we wanted to "renew our lease" and we were bummed to leave!The host went out of their way to ensure a great experience for us. Before we checked in, the host noticed that the fridge didn't cool to the temperature needed so they sent a new refrigerator before we even got to the house. They checked in on us throughout the trip too to make sure everything was good.Our team made great memories in this house. We definitely recommend staying here and would come back if we are in the area again!

This was the perfect home for a 3 day family reunion. From ages 5 to 80, all 18 of us thoroughly enjoyed the amenities (comfy beds, large living spaces to congregate, spacious kitchen, good water pressure and never ran out of hot water for showers) and of course the gorgeous location and views of the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms. The house was very clean and spacious. We were able to fit 5 cars in the driveway without any issues. It's walking distance to the village shops for morning coffee, window (or actual!) shopping and restaurants. A large grocery store is a mile away if you want to cook your meals. The host was very responsive to my questions leading up to our stay and directions are very simple and clear. The descriptions are accurate to what you will experience.I highly recommend this rental for a large group gathering if you want an idyllic location to enjoy building memories together!

Property was very clean and furniture was in good shape. Beds were comfortable and HVAC worked well, good water pressure. Some small things in the kitchen- oven was not working very well. We looked up that model and how to use it but it was very finicky. Stove top is induction but only some of the pans in the kitchen are induction-friendly. Otherwise well equipped with plenty of utensils, plates and glasses. Having one additional key would be helpful but we made it work for our large group.

We appreciated that the house was big enough to hold us all comfortably and could give us both privacy and family time. The hot tub was awesome. The kitchen worked for our needs, and we used the barbeque and had a great family dinner outside on our last night. The house seems a little worse for the wear - some window cranks were stripped and the master bath plug didn't work. The TV needed a bit of buffering time periodically and the remote was very sticky.

Disappointed to say the least. The house was not functioning properly as described. And the house did not have adequate air conditioning (only one unit functional) the other unit on the kitchen side was visibly not functioning, the mini fridge did not function. There was not adequate propane for the bbq, supplies were not provided for our group of 20 guests for the week as we anticipated. From kitchen garbage bags, laundry soap right down to toilet paper.I did contact the property management team. They responded by attempting to pacify my grumbling by saying the right response of ( they would talk to the cleaners) etc. They sent someone to the house with Laundry soap, 4 rolls of tp and she put a roll of kitchen sized garbage bags under the sink and filled some of the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in some of the showers but not all.Later that same day we had issues with the oven heating and cooking properly, and also the out of propane issue for the bbq.They sent a repair guy and he was unable to do anything about any of the non working issues (which we knew) before they sent him. He basically just said yes the air conditioner on the kitchen side was not functioning and the same thing about the mini fridge, he said he would have to have more time to address the oven issues.The positive comment I have is thank goodness there was a place for each of us to sleep (although some had to move to couches due to their rooms being way too warm) to sleep comfortably.

We do apologize for the home having some issues during your stay, we did everything we could to address each item. We have vendors come out to fix the AC and oven, at the time they stated the oven was working fine. There is a very large fridge and freezer that should've accommodated every guest's needs without the use of the mini fridge which is something we don't advertise. We continued to bring you all the towels, toiletries and products you needed throughout your stay to make you more comfortable. All has been fixed since then and we hope you can return and enjoy in the future!

Overall property was as described. There were some areas (e.g. closet in one of upstairs bedrooms where closet shelves were not as clean as we would have liked. The shower head in one of the bathrooms fell off while a guest was showering and hit her on the head. The beach chairs that we were told were there were not. (I called and they did deliver beach chairs in reasonable amount of time.
