This is our 2nd year staying for 4 nights with 7 adults and 8 kids ages ranging from 3-11. It is an awesome property and the host is so great and the communication is awesome! We are already planning next years stay but we are wanting to stay longer!

Great space. There were only two camping chairs, we would have appreciated more and would be nice to have basics like salt and pepper. But great spaces comfy beds steps from the beach and great value for our trip.

Amazing home. It's so close to where everyone is at, but so quiet and peaceful. Absolutely beautiful home and rooms are so perfect. Tons of private bathrooms, perfect size, will definitely be back. Host available as needed

Perfect location 2 blocks from Belmont Amusement Park , 1 short block from the beach.Everything you need for a memorable family beachside vacation . Spacious , clean, snd updated. Could not have had a better place to have our family reunion with 6 children. Walking distance to so much from coffee shops to restaurants. We would definitely stay again

Annually our friend group gets together in Mission Beach. This is our 3rd Stay at this location and the home and host are NEVER disappoint. The property is perfect for larger groups. We love the dual kitchen set up with the middle floor being the main gathering space. The kitchen is well equipped and plenty of seating options for the whole group. The two primary bedrooms upstairs are very nice and the upstairs deck offers ocean views and a cool evening breeze. The rooms with the double queen beds can be a bit of a challenge for adults :0 but are manageable. The home has central AC which is very hard to find and needed during the summer months. The location is a huge draw, It is a 2 minute walk to the beach, restaurant's and shops near bye, and a better parking situation than most as well. We look forward to our stay at this lovely home every year. I would highly recommend this home as a vacation rental when visiting mission beach.

The house, location and views were outstanding My only warning is if you are traveling with older relatives, as we were, it is a lot of steps. We still enjoy the house very much.

Well equipped home with great outdoor spaces for a large group. King beds in most rooms is a nice benefit. Close to Belmont area which is very convenient but can get very crowded on holiday weekends.

House is beautiful. The 3rd floor master with big tub was great for bathing 2 year old. Many stairs if you have any issues. Our only complaint would be we had to purchase trash bags and paper towels. Not really a complaint. Also the 2nd floor window in kitchen has beautiful view of ocean but was so dirty hard to see. Would be wonderful if it was washed. Still not a complaint. We will definitely rent again with our family. It really will sleep 17. Also garage is big enough for 2 Mercedes SUV. Many beach towels and chairs. We purchased umbrellas. Overall fabulous week.

Rental was very clean and fully equipped. It is also very close to the beach. Parking is a bit tight so I would recommend not bringing huge rental cars.The staff was very responsive to request, including the return of items accidentally left behind. Very nice day.

2026 Spring Break Trip for family of 13. The property lived up to all of our expectations. The location is ideal. The house itself is amazing and lives up to the pictures on the site. We had three generations on this trip, with ages from 18 months to 67yr. The house was well suited for all! *The air conditioner worked great!
