Excellent location!

Loved the home! The view is fantastic. The layout of the home is perfect, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Plenty of bath and beach towels, and the kitchen has all the dishes, pots and silverware you need. The only disappointment is that the house is not stocked with the things you wish you had in a tropical location but aren’t able to bring: beach chairs, cooler, and grill.

Walk-In... See through! This house layout was perfect for our family!

Fantastic place!

Lovely place to stay. Enjoyed our meals and were able to walk to the island on a calm day. There were 7 of us and we were very comfortable. Lots of room. There were no surprises it looks just like the pictures. Beautiful!!

Great house in a great location

This is the second time we stayed at Villa Blanca. The house is one of the nicest in treasure cay and marsh Harbour. Great floor plan. Great interior and location. Paula, the property manager, is great to deal with. Very clean. Close to the sand bar which is one of the most stunning beaches I have ever been on. The water is beautiful. Will definitely return to that house.

great location

Abaco Island power outages were excessive this year which was likely the catalyst for a broken hot water heater, broken air conditioner, broken TV and satellite TV. The owners responded as timely as the culture in the Bahamas allows. The Vila Blanca is still a lovely place to escape the cold winters.

AMAZING HOME ON TREASURE

Villa Blanca was such a great house! The views were amazing, the house was very clean and so inviting! This is our second trip to Treasure. We will defiantly rent villa blanca again on our next visit. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Cheers! The Lee Family Raleigh N.C.

Villa Blanca is truly paradise

Villa Blanca is a beautiful, clean and exceptional home. Communication with the owners were wonderful and very professional & prompt. Paula, the caretaker is the sweetest and met us when we arrived at the home. She gave us a tour and told us not to hesitate to call her if any problems. The house has every comfort you need while on vacation from a/c, towels, tv, washer/dryer and everything is in great working order. The views and property are beautiful with plenty of outdoor seating. There are four bedrooms, each having their own private bathroom. We have stayed in Treasure Cay several times and this was by the far the nicest accommodations. We would recommend Villa Blanca to anyone who wants a hassle free home to stay in. Thanks for making our vacation so memorable. We will be back. T. Neville

Perfect relaxing vacation.

Love love love!!! Can not wait to go back. The most beautiful place. The house was amazing!! It's located on the point which is surrounded by the ocean. The stars at night are so beautiful. We woke up every morning to the sunset. The water is so beautiful you can't describe it. Paula the caretaker of the house is a real seeetie. The sticky buns at Florence's cafe are a must! The only thing missing that we would have loved to have at the house was a grill. Other than that it's PERFECT! Thank You see you soon. Maria.

A Treasure at Treasure Cay

This is our second trip back to Treasure Cay and I can say that you will not find a better rental home on Treasure Cay. We rented the house with one other couple and we had more than enough room. The house is absolutely beautiful and the pictures cannot do it justice. It is extremely comfortable (especially the beds!) and has everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay (except food items - you'll need to buy your own spices, condiments, etc.). It is directly on the beach and faces East for a beautiful sunrise over the Sea of Abaco daily. The owner was great to work with and Paula, the caretaker, will go out of her way to help you with anything. Evelyn will stop by - be sure to buy some of her baked goods from her, especially the key lime pie and her lobster/crab salad is awesome! If Ray stops by to sell you stone crab claws - DO IT - they are HUGE! We also rented a boat for a week from Treasure Cay Boat Rentals and Wilson was always very helpful! In summary, you cannot go wrong with this home and Treasure Cay!

Breathtaking!

Villa Blanca is one of the top rentals we have ever stayed at. The home is beautiful with a very modern luxurious feel. It is well equipped (Kitchen; electronics; wifi; laundry) and ideal for a family or multiple couples. The views are spectacular with a private beach and covered outdoor areas. The owner was extremely quick to respond and accommodating. The local manager, Paula, was in contact with us prior to our arrival with suggested transportation and greeted us at the home upon arrival. We spent half the visit renting a boat at the nearby Marina for day trips to the navigable Islands; the other half relaxing at the home. We cooked in most nights taking advantage of the outdoor table and seating. A well equipped grocery and liquor store is a 10 minute golf cart ride. We will be back for sure!

Best Rental in TC by far!!!

My husband and I have been visiting Treasure Cay for the past 14 years. We have stayed at pretty much every single rental in the area. This year, we decided to try out Villa Blanca and couldn't have made a better decision! The pictures on VRBO are very nice, but in person, the home is 10x more impressive. The property isn't even comparable to any home or condo that we have stayed at in TC. Every other property available for rent is slightly dated and always ends up having minor issues. Not the case with this one! It really is a brand new home with even more luxuries and amenities than we have at our home in Florida. On top of the quality of the home, it is in the best location in Treasure Cay. We had complete privacy on the Beachfront of the home but were still 2 minutes away on our Golf Cart from the grocery store, town centre, Bahamas Beach Club etc. We had an absolutely perfect 2 week stay and can't wait to stay at the Villa on our next yearly trip!

A slice of heaven!

Not your typical beach house thats for sure, my wife, 6 month old baby and myself were wow'd as soon as we walked through the door. This brand new home we rented has everything you could possibly want or need plus extras we never thought of. Great location and all the amenities to boot! If you stay there one time I am sure like us you would want to keep coming back. Friendly , helpful people & a private concierge that is a phone call away for any questions or assistance. We have already rented again and haven't even left yet!

Dream Vacation!

What an unforgettable experience! It was a dream vacation for our family – location is fantastic with a private white beach to enjoy and all the comforts of home! The house definitely is brand new - really spacious and elegant! The living room view was spectacular – all open glass overlooking the private beach and ocean. The front big bedrooms also have the same ocean views so we woke up every morning to the sound of the ocean and exquisite sunrises! The outdoor patio was priceless, whether lounging on a patio sofa, or relaxing with a drink in the evening - always a nice breeze to keep you cool. We barbecued on the patio most nights! Just a few steps down from the patio, we all hung out on the white beach soaking in the sunshine while the children were busy building sand castles, or picking seashells. The house is a 5 minute walk from Treasure Cay town centre with a grocery store, liquor store, post office, restaurants and marina– we didn’t need a car but suggest renting a golf cart to get around easily. Check out Florence for their famed cinnamon rolls. I highly recommend renting this villa. We were warmly greeted by the caretaker Erica – she was very welcoming on our arrival and helpful in making our stay perfect offering numerous tips. Thanks for sharing your home with us! Hated to leave! But count on it, we will return for many many years!
