The client must leave the locality in the same way in which it was delivered. If the guest doesn't take the trash out/or leaves dirty dishes, an extra cleaning fee of $75 will be charged. The house towels are for internal use only. Do not use personal drying towels to clean areas of the apartment. A $10 fee will be charged for each missing towel. Any broken or damage item with a value o $45 will be charge through the Airbnb Resolution Center. A full inspection is performed before and after reservation.
