Welcome to your home away from home, a stylish 2nd-floor condo perched on the stunning shores of Lake Windermere! This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath property comfortably sleeps 4 to 6 people – perfect for a getaway with friends or family. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and cable TV. Enjoy the luxury of in-suite laundry and a fully equipped kitchen – plus, there’s a BBQ on the balcony for those perfect summer nights. Take a dip in the outdoor pool (open in the warmer months) or soak in one of the hot tubs.

James Chabot beach is just steps away, so you can easily take a morning swim or enjoy a relaxed walk along the shoreline. The neighborhood around Lake Windermere Point Residence is lively and super convenient. Within walking distance, you'll find a great mix of restaurants, like HuckleBerry, Fuze, and Fubuki Sushi, offering a variety of tasty options. If you're in the mood for something quick, familiar spots like A&W, Dairy Queen, and Subway are just around the corner. There are also plenty of shops nearby, and for groceries and essentials, Sobeys and Petro Canada are just a short walk away.

If you love outdoor activities, this area is a dream. Pete’s Marina is perfect for boaters, and if you’re into golf, both Eagle Ranch Golf Course and Copper Point Golf Resort are just a short drive away. Loved Invermere

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything was there that we needed. Very well supplied. Just like home. We could not get the master bedroom tv to come on. I notified our host. Overall we had a great time in the area. We thank our hosts very much.

Great location

This was our second time staying in this condo. It is a beautiful location with having only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Hosts are very responsive & quick to assist in resolving any issues that arise. The condo is well stocked with linens, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. Tons of counter space for preparing meals. My only feedback would be that the unit could definitely use a deep clean - washing walls, cleaning baseboards, carpets etc. The building itself is also starting to show its age. The lobby & hallway carpets are filthy. Thankfully, the pool area was very clean. The building also has awesome sound proofing. Could not hear neighbours, or those above us; also rarely heard hallway noise.

Great communication throughout the process.suite had plenty of space for my family. The entire complex seems to accommodate short-term rentals.

Beautiful and functional suite

Perfect 2 bedroom suite. Nice, functional layout. Great kitchen and all the amenities you would want. Big TV, nice dining area and plenty of room. Hot tub was great. 20 minute drive to the ski hill. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 1 week in August.

We loved our stay here. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The balcony faces east so in the morning you can sit in the sunshine drinking your morning coffee and in the evening it is in the shade to enjoy a cool drink. The underground parking was a bonus. We left our bikes there and were not worried about them being stolen.

Excellent stay

We had a lovely stay at the property. The unit was well equipped and clean. The host was responsive and accommodating . The building was starting to show some wear & tear, but did not affect us enjoying our stay.

Friends and golfing

This was a great property and location, the unit is large and comfortable. The pool, hot tub, workout room and underground parking were great as well. It was nice being in the centre of many great golf courses. I would rent there again for sure.

Amazing property

This was so great! Loved the two separate rooms. I stayed with a friend but would be so great for a family as well. Lots of room. Loved this!! Would 100% stay again.

Ski Trip

The condo was clean, well equipped, good size, and had comfy beds. The only comment I could make is that you can hear everyone in the neighboring condos and people coming in the main door.

Great family stay

My family of 5 adults stayed over Christmas break. It was a great space with the rooms being separated and the Murphy bed was awesome as well so no one had to share a room. The unit was very clean and the kitchen has all the dishes you need to make great meals. There were even some games provided that our family used. Communication with the owners was great.

Great Stay

Really enjoyed our stay. The location is great as you are close to many golf courses. Short drive up to panorama. It’s a large condo with everything we needed.

Great location, great overall experience

Our family of 4 (2 teenagers) stayed 4 nights between Xmas and New Years for a ski/snowshoe holiday! This place is SO clean, has everything you need, and is about the closest you can get to Panorama without staying on the hill! Only a 15 min walk to downtown. Deanne was so easy to communicate with and very responsive! We will definitely stay here again, maybe summer next year as the property is right close to the lake!! Thanks for everything!!
