Our overall experience was great! Very comfortable. A reasonable price especially considering it was UF family weekend. I actually wish we could have stayed longer to use the pool and hot tub. I will definitely use this again if available! Thank you to our host who was easy to contact!

Nice location. Everything we needed was in close range. Very clean and has all your basic needs. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. Someone even came mid stay and cleaned the pool

Corey was so awesome to work with! Very responsive and accommodating! The beds are sooooooo good! So good that I even messaged the host to see what type of mattress they were! I would definitely stayed there again!!

Great place

The inside was super clean and the location was great. We were here for graduation weekend and it was a really nice place and 10 minutes from UF campus. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and inviting and the host was very helpful and responsive. It was great for our small family who did not really cook at all in the house. Close to several restaurants and grocery stores and about a 10 minute drive to campus.

One of the best vacation rentals I’ve stayed in! Love the backyard setup (it’s an oasis!) and fencing for pets. Plenty of space, lots of amenities, Immaculately clean and very comfortable beds. Highly recommend!

Cory was an excellent hostess, I got the entry code from a day before my arrival, the house was ready at the time of my arrival and upon entering an atmosphere of tranquility welcomed us with relaxing music on TV's made us feel more than welcome in, everything was accurate as described, only I could mention that the hot tub was not as clean as I would have liked but it was still nice, it was a good place.

This is an adorable, updated home in a very quiet neighborhood. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and felt very comfortable and at home in the space! Great location, very clean, well equipped and the backyard space was wonderful for our family gathering. The host is very responsive and accommodating!

Perfect place to stay for Tom Petty Weekend. Everything we needed was close by or a short drive away. Clean and well kept property. Host provided clear and responsive communication. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property.

Great property. Needed place to stay for 4 nights visiting family. Was nice having the pool. I prefer staying at a house while away, as I am sensitive to the noise of slamming doors, loud hallway conversations that are often found in a hotel. This property was very quiet, both day and night which made for a peaceful night sleep. The kitchen was cozy, offering what you would need to cook a meal. Living room was comfortable and multiple streaming options available. Although only used once, it was very convenient having a washer/dryer as I was on an extended trip prior to arriving and needed to do a small load of laundry. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice, Clean, Comfortable. Cottage feel. Centrally located. We had a great time. The pool and the backyard was really surprising. Awesome communication even late hours. Highly recommend :)
