Our group was in town for a golfing trip at UF. This home was close to everything. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The pool and hot tub were awesome! Couldn't have asked for a better place! Host was responsive as well.

House is clean, good location, spa was great, it was too cold for the pool, they have a fire pit available, plenty of room and beds. Easy to check in and out, open communication available if needed. Will be back next year for the track meet again!

Weekend stay

House was in a great quiet location close to UF campus. House and pool were clean and owner was great at following up and making sure we were comfortable.

Great owner, excellent communication. This house was a great size for our group of 6 and a pup for a game day weekend. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking space.

We had a great time. We didn’t use the hot tub but it was warm and ready. We did use the pool but it was still pretty cold as it was March. Corey was great at checking in on us!

Short stay for camp

We had a couple day stay and the house was perfect for what we needed! The kids loved the pool while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The location was great, just a few minutes from everything. Our friends were in another vrbo just around the corner to where we could walk to them. We would definitely stay again.

Near UF

House worked well for our needs visiting current students at UF. A tad further than what we were used to from past visits but aside from that the house was clean and worked out perfectly well for our weekend stay. Would stay again for future visits.

UF Vet Med Graduation

We stayed at this property for our daughter’s graduation from UF. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family. We had 7 adults, so having 4 bedrooms was nice. The hot tub was a big hit and an added bonus we were not expecting. The pool was very refreshing as well. Thank you, Corey for a wonderful stay.

Another wonderful visit

We've stayed here before for our yearly expedition into Gainsville. So when we saw this home was available we leapt at the oppportunity to stay here again. Upgraded with new beds and a new jacuzzi we were not disappointed. This home is the only one we have ever been to that has everything you need in the kitchen to cook properly. The owner is always open, friendly, and available. We will continue to obsessivly check to see if this home is available every year we vacation.

My family of three (myself, my sister and my dog) greatly enjoyed our stay. The entire house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a TV in every room. The living room furniture was also comfortable, and the air conditioner kept us all cool. The backyard was safe and secure for my dog as well as for us. We had plenty of privacy as we enjoyed the pool. With the screened pool cover and the sturdy table and chairs we were able to eat outside during the day. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and easy to find; not far from the interstate. We felt safe the whole time. The host was always available for questions. We hope to return one day.

This pet-friendly home fit our needs perfectly. The home was clean, comfortable and roomy enough to host our large family. The pool and hot tub were a huge bonus that got lots of use in 90-degree weather, and the spacious living area allowed us all to spend time together without being cramped. We were surprised how well-stocked the home was, particularly in the kitchen, and appreciated the cool and peaceful environment when we first entered. Check-in and check-out was a breeze! We would definitely stay here again. Our only issues were some confusion on the trash that apparently didn’t get picked up a couple days before our stay, but the host Corey, offered to make other arrangements if needed. I also expressed concern about the pool pump and offered to help since we’re familiar with pool ownership but never heard back from the host on that one. Like I said, some family members still enjoyed the pool plenty but the hosts should look into the issue before it gets worse for future guests. All in all, everyone enjoyed their stay and felt very comfortable in this home. Thanks for hosting us for our special family weekend!

We had a wonderful stay. We had 6 kids age 2-16. The pool was perfect and the teenagers enjoyed the hot tub! The house was clean and very comfortable! Corey was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay again!!! Thanks Corey.
