We take cleanliness very seriously and will be addressing these issues promptly to ensure a more pristine environment for our future guests. We understand that the optional pool heat may not be suitable for all guests, and we apologize if the cost seemed prohibitive. The separate charge for pool heat is due to the associated utility costs, but we appreciate your feedback on this matter. Your suggestions for improvements, such as updating the sofa and bathrooms, are duly noted, and we will take them into consideration for future enhancements to the property. We're glad to hear that you found our pricing to be fair for the size of the property, but we understand that the overall cost may be higher during UK school holidays. We'll certainly take this into account when evaluating our pricing structure. However at $15 per person, per night, we believe this is good value for money.
