Fabulous & spacious 5 bedrooms home with private (optionally heated) pool, sunny from 10 am to sunset, overlooking a lake in the gated resort community Lake Berkley in Kissimmee, Florida. High ceilings, large rooms, 3 full baths, 1 master suite downstairs and 1 master bedroom upstairs.

Pristine pool with screen enclosure overlooking the lake. The home is located 15 minutes away from Walt Disney World and in the heart of the best shopping and attractions Central Florida has to offer!

Fully equipped with all necessary kitchen needs, bed and bath linens. This resort has a lovely clubhouse.
The Club house has a large heated pool and splash area.
There is a tennis court and a half-basketball court. Beautiful lake on the property, with a walking path all the way around, volleyball court, fishing dock, and play area.
Very safe and quiet area.

DURING CHRISTMAS SEASON A MINIMUM STAY OF 10 NIGHTS IS REQUIRED

IMPORTANT: When BOOKING, please present yourself and give the following MANDATORY details :
1.-Name and Age of ALL guests (adult, teenager, child and baby) at the time of the stay (6 Adults and 4 children maximum accepted)
2.-Your home city and country
3.-Arrival transportation mode: by air or by car,
4.-Number of cars to be used on site

What can I say, communication from the hosts was amazing from before we left, during and after our stay.The property was easy to find and only 25/30 minutes from.Orlando airport.The house was wonderful, large, clean and spacious, the pool was fantastic too.The property benefits from being within half an hour of most of the parks and just off the 192 and being able to avoid the dreaded I4 is always a bonus Thankyou so much Catherine and Jean-Daniel we will be in contact next year to book again for 2028, you made our stay very special.The Tweddle family.

This is a beautiful home, clean and a well stocked kitchen. The owners are very responsive and helpful, with directions for use of tv, lights and ceiling fans, and HOA rules. The pool was wonderful and family members enjoyed fishing in the lake by the house. Close to Disney and all the activities, but a quiet neighborhood for a relaxing get-away.

Another lovely and peaceful stay! Second time staying here and everything was as perfect as the first time. Great stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at the villa and everything was as expected. Lake Berkley is a fabulous location with plenty to visit and explore nearby. Walmart around the corner is another bonus!

Perfect Villa

We've just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay. The villa was lovely and clean on arrival and had everything we needed. Location was perfect and the whole process was seamless with great communication from the hosts.

Great house in a great gated neighbourhood

We highly recommend the house! Our stay was an amazing experience!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is very comfortable, spacious, and has all the utensils we needed. The pool offers a beautiful view. The location is excellent, very close to Walmart, Disney parks, and outlets. We have nothing to complain about—our experience was amazing. We highly recommend it!

Lots of fun in the sun

Villa was clean, and good location. Pool area was wonderful. The hosts were very good in communicating with us promptly. Had a wonderful time, and would like to book villa again.

Fantastic property

This is a beautiful villa, very clean and comfortable. We couldn’t fault anything, loved every minute and was sad to leave. Communication with the hosts was first class.

Amazing stay

Large,spacious lake view villa, exactly as it said in the description. Catherine & Jean-Daniel were amazing start to finish of the rental process. One complaint - we had to come home !!

Thanks for a great vacation.

We requested a early check in time and also to add a additional person and received a very quick response. The home was as advertised and we especially enjoyed spending evenings by the pool.

Owners were accommodating.

The place was great and close to the parks. We had an issue with the air conditioning when we first got there but it was resolved. The pool was great!

After having spent several weeks during many years in Lake Berkley Resort, we decided to buy in March 2020 a house for our retirement and for the pleasure of our Children and grand-children

Après avoir passé plusieurs semaines pendant quelques années en location au Lake Berkley, nous avons, en mars 2020, décidé d'acheter notre villa pour passer les hivers et certainement y passer notre retraite. C'est aussi un grand plaisir pour nos enfants et petits-enfants qui apprécient beaucoup le coin.

Our screened pool which protects from all bugs, the fantastic view on this nice lake where wild birds and turtles are coming each day, the cleaned and very well entertained lawns and streets, the safety of the 24 hours gated resort, the friendly clubhouse.
