Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including restricted access to North facing balconies, balcony furniture being brought indoors, and the closure of certain common areas, including parking spaces. Guests will have full access and enjoyment of the Gulf facing balconies. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day.
