Great spot easy to get to UMD, very clean, comfy place to stay.

This is our second time staying here - it is clean, private, & very welcoming! Though the kitchen is not large - the selection of cooking utensils & fridge space provided was especially appreciated during our Thanksgiving stay. Heriberto is a great host - glad to have stayed & will stay again!

Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the issue while cleaning the apartment, but after you left, I started seeing more and more signs of it. I took your concerns seriously and promptly hired a pest control service to address the situation. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Moving forward, I assure you that we will be more vigilant in monitoring the property. Overall, my experiences on other platforms have been quite positive, and I’m committed to maintaining that standard.

We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, the bathroom and bedrooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Check-in and parking were smooth and hassle-free. The yard was a great bonus, and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. Great communication from the host in answering any questions we had. The mini-split systems did an excellent job regulating the temperature in each room, which made the space very comfortable. Overall, it’s a cute and cozy place—perfect for a small family.I gave the "accuracy of listing" a 4/5 because the apartment is located above a garage. I’m not sure if that was clearly mentioned in the listing, but it could be helpful for families who might be sensitive to that kind of detail.

Nice apartment above a detached garage that has two bedrooms very nice bathroom with a shower. Apartment was clean and modern. Host communicated effectively. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed for the extended weekend. Internet worked good. The national mall for Washington DC is about a 30 minute drive. If I were to give any critiques, it would be that the couch in the main common room is not very comfortable, but that’s what you can expect from a pullout couch. The little apartment could be used to sleep a lot of people if you needed with 2 pullout couches and 2 queen beds. This is a perfect place to crash at night after a full day of site seeing.
