Highway road noise took some getting used to ..other than that, great property conveniently located to everything. Travel into DC was a breeze!

This property was such a short walk to the metro. It really helped with transportation around the city. We were pleasantly surprised with the amenities including laundry soap, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash &dishwasher soap. Those are all things we’ve packed in the past. Thank you Tee for making our stay easy!

The host was very responsive and helpful. The home was clean and comfortable. We were looking for a convenient place to stay on our trip driving from Cape Cod to Florida with our dog, and this was a perfect stop.

Place was exactly as described. Very nice and modern. Extremely close to the metro stop. Free off street parking in the driveway. Would definitely stay here again. Be aware that it’s close to the interstate so you can hear the traffic but we played white noise in the bedrooms for sleeping and it did not wake us up.

Wonderful stay

House was perfect and incredibly close to Forest Glen metro. Host was extremely responsive and helpful and even mailed us items we forgot. Very nice open floor plan.

Excellent Rental

Rental was clean and comfortable for our family of four adults. The access to the metro was a great feature. If we were staying in the DC area again, this unit would be our first choice!!

This home is very clean, roomy and comfortable. The host was very attentive and communicated quickly and thoroughly throughout our stay. The house is within walking distance to the red line metro station...so convenient for trips into DC! However it is also close to the freeway and the traffic noise. It was a wonderful stay!

Perfect place to stay

The communication with the host is easy and very responsive. The property is very clean and the beds very comfortable. It’s located in perfect area to get on the main roads and additional plus Metro subway station just few minute walk away to allow you easy access to explore the city. When back in the area will stay at this property if alvailable.

Excellent place next to the Metro

From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel at home and transformed our trip into unforgettable experience. The host were exceptionally attentive and accommodate all our requests. Additionally, the fantastic location and incredible amenities made our stay truly outstanding! It located walking distance from the metro. Will book it again for sure!

Great choice for a stay!

his was a really nice house in a fairly quiet area. It was very clean, with lots of hot water for showers. The beds were comfortable and large. There was a spacious open plan living room/kitchen. We appreciated the extra bathroom off the master bedroom. The owner was very responsive, helpful, and kind.

Cozy stay, great for a DC trip

Enjoyed a 3 day, 2 night stay. Very cozy home for our DC outing. A few cleanliness issues that weren’t detrimental to our stay but nothing terrible. Was a pleasant surprise to have all bathroom essentials as well as coffee and tea provided to us. Check in was super seamless but wished we had gotten more details about check out. Overall a great time!

This worked great for our family of 6! We loved the layout of the home and loved having the 3 bedrooms all next to each other. Everything was very clean. The added toothbrush with the little toothpaste was a cute little add on. We also did not realize how great it was to be within 5 minutes of the Forest Glen metro stop. There’s an Aldi close by for groceries and everything you need all within 10 minutes. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.I think the only cons would be how close to the interstate you are. We used fans to drown out the noise at night so it wasn’t too bad. The beds are a little more on the firm side but still comfortable enough. Otherwise everything was super awesome!

The space was very clean and beds were comfortable. Easy access to metro as others have stated. The basement area and backyard were locked out. It seems someone was staying in the basement late at night, as we were awoken each night to movement downstairs. It was a little unsettling as there is no mention of sharing the house with others. When I asked about this, I received someone else’s booking confirmation. This is the main reason for our 3 star rating. Also, there is no instruction on checkout procedures posted anywhere.

House was very clean, and communications with the owner were excellent. We did have one problem with the TV but the Owner stayed on this until it was resolved. She made sure everything was provided and was quick to answer any questions we had. Proximity to Metro was as advertised-five minute walk! Could not have been smoother.

Stayed here for four nights. Very clean and open. Kitchen has basics of what you need. House backs up to the highway so the fans provided helped with white noise plus air circulation since there are no ceiling fans. Curb appeal needs attention.

This is a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood. Everything looks new from the floors to the washer/dryer and kitchen area. The hot water was actually hot and didn’t run out with 2 showers running simultaneously. The 3 bedrooms were exactly as advertised, and so were the 2 bathrooms. The hosts responded quickly and kindly to all questions. The hosts set out towels and toothbrushes; there was laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, trashbags etc -all handy. The thermostat was set to a reasonable temperature and was adjustable to a pleasant indoor temp. It really is a 5 minute walk to the Metro, and then you can go anywhere in DC. The bus line to Silver Spring is also close and it is easy to get to food and shopping. This was a wonderful place, worth the value paid. Hope to stay there again.
