Two Bedroom/one Bath Villa full room decor, sleeps four (4) total (with one on living room sofa can make 5) two large flat screen TVs with cable and WIFI, laundry closet, desert landscaped patio, covered parking. first floor with easy wheelchair access curb cut and handicap parking in front of unit. Walk to everything shopping /restaurants. Walk to tennis and pools and park, plenty of southern light exposure. Perfect location for Mayo Clinic as it is centered among the three (3) facilities. Close to West World and Phoenix Open. This is a nice and sunny first floor " End Unit" with easy access from your covered parking.

Enjoyed the condo and the prime location.

We did not appreciate the condos roofing project during our stay. If we had a concern Clarke was readily available to address it. We would recommend this property to others.

Gracious host ; peaceful and nicely furnished townhome.

Townhouse in peaceful area with easy access to the 101 loop . The condo is very comfortable, clean, and tastefully furnished. The owner is great, helpful and thoughtful.. I enjoyed my month here very much !

Best location in Scottsdale

We absolutely loved our stay. Clarke was spectacularly helpful and the unit was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. We recommend one thousand percent.

Terrific and quiet North Scottsdale property

My wife and I have wintered in the North Scottsdale area for the past 5 years. This is as nice a unit for rental as we have found with two large bedrooms, large living and dining area plus a larger modern kitchen area with granite counters and is well stocked with cooking and dining utensils. Bathroom has double vanities plus washer and dryer. Community is gated and covered parking is provided for this unit. Two super markets plus numerous casual dining restaurants are within a one block walk. Costco plus many national retailers are within 3 miles. Multiple golf courses are close to this location plus hiking trails and Pinnacle Peak. We would highly recommend this unit to family or other friends heading to Scottsdale for an extended stay. Clarke and Judy were terrific hosts and responded quickly to the few questions we had during our stay.

Scottsdale is a beautiful city so we purchased our villa in a beautiful Northern area. This location offers close superior shopping, recreation and restaurants. A one minute walk to the pool and tennis court will help you stay trim after eating at our fine restaurants. Perfect condo for all three Mayo Clinic locations.
