Awesome hotel, great amenities, caring staff. I highly recommend this facility as a must stay when in Miami. Close to everything and great views.

Beautiful property exactly as described. I’m extremely picky and I was very impressed. All staff members were very kind and helpful, and our condo was spotless. Great location too!

My family and I had a fantastic time at The Elser Hotel. I found the property to be well maintained and well run. It is huge and the lobby can appear chaotic, but the staff do a great job following through on what they say they will. The pool was quite nice. The beach club was excellent. The location couldn’t be better. We will be back.

The room was very spacious! Gorgeous views. Very clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. Food on site was very good but lots of restaurants within slking distance. There is a WholeFoods within walking distance as well and a kitchen in the room but we did not cook. Lots of shops at Bayside Market. We went to a goncert at Kaseya Center. Also within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

There was no issues with the Host what’s so ever, however our stay at The Elser was a mess! Let me start with the positives, GREAT location to cruise port and the pool was a fun day! They play good vibe music, offer chairs, loungers, outdoor games to play and have restaurant right on patio! Now on the the negatives, when we arrived earlier before check in time, we went to pool had a fabulous day! However never received message room was ready so went to desk @ 5 PM and was told room still not ready try back in 15 minutes just waiting on manager sign off. Went back over an hour later and still not ready, waited in lobby for 10 more minutes And finally at 6:30 room was ready and bags should be delivered in 15 minutes to room. At 7:30 bags still had not arrived, had to go to lobby and actually retrieve our own bags from luggage storage where ours were the ONLY ones. Coffee machine did not work, had to order new one , 2 of the 3 hair dryers did not work either. And they called us to confirm toilets were flushing that evening?!

What an amazing place!! The Elser is a beautiful property. We booked a 3 bed, 3 bath. When we checked in, they upgraded us to a 4/4 for free! There was also a complementary bottle of Prosecco waiting for us. The kitchen is beautiful and functional with all Subzero Wolf appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfectly sized and the primary closet was huge. There was even a laundry room with a full-sized washer and drier! We were in a corner unit. The wraparound balcony and its views were spectacular! When we got to the hotel we were brought up by a bellman that helped us with our bags to our room, as well. My only complaint is that the sound of furniture moving from the room above us was audible. I also will say, the parking garage was not cheap, and there were a few floors to travel up before being able to park, and the elevator system is a little intimidating at first. Besides that, however, it was amazing. The Elser is a luxury rental, and the vrbo listing did not even reach the minimum criteria to describe how wonderful the experience really is. My family and I had a great stay and highly recommend this hotel to any travelers looking for a luxury apartment or hotel stay!
