The room smelled like someone who lives in the room smoked everyday ALL DAY!!! You literally couldn’t breathe it was just that strong and loud!!!It was too inconvenient to have them come and clear the air because it forced you to be out the room for hours!!!

Unfortunately, the guest that departed prior to your arrival broke our house rules that strictly prohibit smoking. Our team took immediate action to address the situation prior to your arrival. We also provided air fresheners and offered to complete an additional treatment in the unit, but your group declined. This property was as the pictures described. The property managers were very quick to respond to questions. I would definitely stay hear again!

Great Place!!!

The condo was in a great location and right on the beach. It has 2 balconies to just chill and watch the waves come in. It was clean and the condo was exactly as the pictures showed. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All was great with this property. We appreciate the flexibility with allowing an early check in time and responsive communication. Just be mindful the 3rd bedroom is very small.

Nice clean condo with good space and a great view!

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Palms resort! There was a lot of room for our family of 5 to sleep and relax in the condo. There were a few minor issues/updates that I recommended, which were well received by management. Beyond that, the location, cleanliness, beach access, pool and views were beautiful! (Moonrise photos from the balcony attached).

The location was great, right on the beach. However the resort is old, there was a distinct, not pleasant smell as soon as you walked in. The condo was nice but the bed in the second bedroom was broken. And a chair in the living room is broken as well.

Nice place. Great location.

Communication with property management iffy at best. Would have liked the place to have been cleaned better, expressed that our first morning, was told someone would be sent out, then no further action or communication ever occured. Other than that, everything was ok.

Door doesnt shut good .hot water is not hot. Pictures on website photo shot. Needs new house maids was dirty and look like no one had clean the place like floor and the base boards was dirty and had hair and dust. Master bathroom shower doesnt shut off. 3rd bedroom was not a room looked like a closet. The closest s where the broom and hot water heater and ac was dirty and nasty stuff thrown everywhere and hair and dust. Wash machine and dryer was in kitchen was so small not sure how they wash the bedding. Coach in living room was small not like in Pictures. Just not what i thought it would be the Pictures are photo shopped to make you think its really nice and big but its not and in the kitchen the pots and pans was dirty already put up and looks like the wood beside the sink and dryer is falling... so it was more like a 4.6 out of 10.......
