Inside, you`ll find a beautiful home stocked with modern amenities, video games, and cable TV to keep you entertained in between your adventures in Flagstaff. The home is perfect for families or groups of friends, with two cozy bedrooms featuring queen beds and a studio with a twin bed.

We had a great stay here! Very clean and comfortable for my family of five. It was quiet and relaxing after our busy days of driving to Sedona, Grand Canyon, and Petrified Forest. Great location with easy access to the highway. Any questions I had were quickly answered by the host. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had a fabulous stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Communication with the owner was easy. The only thing I would change in the unit would be to add a covering over the kitchen window--at night it felt a bit like being in a fishbowl if any lights were on. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Flagstaff.

The location was convenient to town, but it was nice being outside of the main drag and traffic. The layout and the cleanliness of the place made it a pleasant stay. I enjoyed being able to play some board games and visit with my family.

Flagstaff Visit

My wife and I stayed when we came to Flagstaff to visit our daughter and sil. Check in was super easy, home was very clean, and location was convenient for getting around the area.

This was our first stay in a VRBO and it didn’t disappoint. The home was clean and well stocked with all the household items we could ever need. Cabinets were will marked which made things very easy to find. There were plenty of games for people of all ages. We all had a great time. The grounds were well maintained and the area seems very quiet. Definitely would stay again if we come back to Flagstaff. Thank you for sharing your property.

We had a great time! Had one issue and the host immediately responded and resolved it the following day. Very nice, small cute place. It's a quiet little condo community away from the bigger city. I would absolutely stay here again! We saw deer every afternoon. The beds were very comfortable, all of them. Stayed there with my husband and 3 kids. Would recommend!

We had a really nice stay at the Country Club Townhome. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had essentials we needed. The bed was super comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep, and they allowed for us to arrive a little early since we got to town sooner than we expected, which was very nice. The only thing to note is that the pictures show drink, and coffee supply props. They’re not included like I thought (don’t be like me lol) other than that the photos show exactly what the home looks like. Clean and very cute. The fireplace was a nice touch for a cozy ambiance.

Very hot upstairs in Julya and the sheets were not very soft which made it very uncomfortable the first night, so we bought air beds and sheets and slept downstairs the reminibg nights. The towels upstairs were also not soft, thin and felt like sandpaper against your skin. I suggest that the host upgrade their linens. We have a vacation cabin rental in Payson and have top quality linens, pillows and beds. Plus an AC. This host could do better for sure. They do have a blender and a Krups which is not mentioned in the listing so we did not need to bring our own. Update your listing!

Yurel, our ammenties and the Alec of AC are stated in our listing. It’s very common for homes in flagstaff to not have AC. We still know this important for travelers so we have it mentioned not once, not twice, but three separate times in the listing. I don’t know what’s else we can realistically we can do.

The townhome was well maintained and clean, and we appreciated how well it was cared for. One thing that caught us by surprise was that the home does not have air conditioning. While A/C is not listed among the amenities, we assumed it was available and didn’t realize its absence until we arrived. There were several fans provided, and opening the windows at night helped keep the home comfortable. Future guests visiting during warmer months may want to keep this in mind when booking.

There were good parts to the rental however, being in Flagstaff for a get-away to the cooler temps; we could not use the back deck because the table, chairs and floor of deck were covered in bird waste. The upstairs had no cooling so was extremely hot to sleep in. The TV was hard to see because the couch was on one side of the room and TV (small) was on complete opposite wall and took a long time to figure out how to operate it. Upstairs faucet was a mere 1/2 of flow compared to downstairs. I would not recommend this to friends and will not stay at this location again.
