Welcome to your perfect Lakeside retreat at 727 Jasmine Avenue! This beautifully maintained 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers over 1,900 square feet of comfortable living space in the heart of the Lakeside Chautauqua community. Our home features a charming design with a welcoming front porch, back deck and screened in upper level porch off the master bedroom, ideal for enjoying the summer breezes and relaxing after a day of exploring the Lake Erie Islands or Cedar Point.
Inside, you'll find an open floor plan with hardwood floors and granite countertops, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The home is equipped with modern amenities, including a well stocked kitchen, central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans and fireplace ensuring your comfort year-round.
There's plenty of room for family and friends to gather and create lasting memories with a large kitchen/dining/living room area. The home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests with 3 cozy queen beds, a twin over full bunk bed and twin trundle.
Located just steps away from the pool, pickleball/tennis courts and health center, as well as the community's beaches, parks, and recreational activities, this home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Enjoy weekly entertainment at Hoover Auditorium, explore onsite shops, or simply unwind on the porch with a good book. Be sure to take in the breathtaking sunsets over the lake.

A Lakeside-compliant Electric EZ-Go 4-seat Golf Cart is available with the home for an additional $50 per day (or $300 per week) plus a one-time $125 refundable deposit. Message us if interested, and we'll send info and a funds request through VRBO.

The house was perfect! Clean, bright, well maintained and stocked with essentials. The owner was great to work with and we couldn't have asked for a better family vacation spot. Will definitely stay here again!!

This is a great property. Very quiet street and nice bedrooms. No tv in great room,but otherwise everything you could want. Also access to a golf cart,which was a necessity.

Our family had a great time at Lakeside. The house was great, clean and stocked with everything needed. The location was just right, with the pool a short walk for the grandkids. Rick was very accommodating and the family is planning a return next year!
