This large resort sleeps a maximum of 19 (All adults/children/infants are included in the TOTAL legal count). We reserve the right to refuse any large group we deem unsuitable for our family vacation rental property. We respect the peacefulness of the neighborhood & take great pride in keeping the home clean & in repair.

Must be at least twenty five (25) years of age to rent the property. A copy of a driver's license or suitable ID proving proof of age must be furnished.
