Nicely done renovations with 4 star hotel style showers. Comfortable beds (which is a rarity lately in rentals), and a very comfortable couch nice for lounging or sleeping. Others have spoken about the location, and while true its not in an ideal neighborhood, it has adequate window coverage, a full fence around the entire lot and a locking gate that accommodates two vehicles securely parked on the property. We felt completely safe and heard next to no outside noise disruptions (there was one loud muffler passing but you’ll get that anywhere). Would definitely stay again and recommend. Great value!

Good option for a comfortable stay

The place is an oasis in the desert. The neighborhood is a little rough around the edges, but the house has been nicely renovated and is set up for comfort and security. We lost power twice while there. The main breaker tripped when running the hot water in master bathroom. Communicated with owner and they should be following up.

Check in was a little rough as they sent the wrong access code. However the host responded in minutes to give us the correct code.

Outstanding Stay – Clean, Safe, and Perfectly Located in IndianapolisWe had an amazing stay at this newly updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Indianapolis. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The gated entry made us feel extremely safe, and parking was easy and secure. The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully renovated, and clearly well maintained. Both bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of space, and having two full bathrooms made the stay effortless for our group.The highlight was definitely the private hot tub—perfect after a long day exploring downtown Indianapolis. It was clean, well cared for, and felt like a luxury touch you don’t often get with rentals. The location is ideal: close to downtown, restaurants, and major attractions, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The host was responsive, professional, and made check-in and check-out seamless.If you’re looking for a safe, modern VRBO rental in Indianapolis with a hot tub, this place checks every box. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for couples, professionals, or small families visiting Indy.Highly recommend – one of the best VRBO stays in Indianapolis!

The house it self is very cute , nice little place. The area around it was not nice at all.The only real issues were the passcodes to enter were not correct and took awhile for Vrbo to fix it since the host wouldn't answer. The house HVAC system couldn't keep up. First day it was in 30s and house could get to about 70. Next few days it was around 0 and the house couldn't get above 64 inside. Made being in the house miserable.

I will be honest, we didn't even check in to this property. This is 100% in the middle of a very undesirable area which is in no way depicted in the photos. I have no doubt the property inside is beautiful but it is hands down the nicest home in the entire neighborhood which is very unsettling. Unfortunately, a very expensive lesson learned the hard way.

Beautiful home. Immaculately maintained. Host left a nice gesture for us. Everything was perfect except the communication. Wifi wasn't working and wasn't able to get any communication from host after check in.
