This corner unit is situated in a modern luxury building perfectly located in the popular Beltline Art District of downtown Calgary surrounded by everything you might need, in the heart of it all!

✨ YOUR LUXE LIVING SPACE:

• FULLY-STOCKED KITCHEN: Full-sized appliances such as full fridge and freezer, gas stove, oven, coffee maker, milk frother, tea, olive oil, spices, and even a unique snack dispenser rotating out different delicious treats! The dining table seats 4 and dishes, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, pots and pans are all there for your use.

• ENTERTAINMENT-READY LIVING ROOM: Relax in front of the 55” smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services, including High-Speed WIFI.

• LUXURY BATHROOM: Spa-like experience with a calming rainfall shower with the perfect water pressure! Bath salts and even a bamboo bathtub tray for sipping on wine or reading a book while you soak in the tub after a long day. Turn on the essential oil diffuser for an immersive experience.

• ROOF-TOP POOL: This outdoor dipping pool is located outdoors and opens in the summer months. The pool gives you grand city views with loungers and even a common area BBQ. Off-summer season you'll still have access the the building lounge areas as well as the gym, located on the same floor as the pool.

• GYM AND BRAND NEW THERMAL SPA: Building gym is located on the same floor as the pool and is free for you to use. The brand new Thermal Spa called SKA offers relaxing or deep tissue massages and thermal experience packages for purchase and is located just at the corner of the block on 11th Ave.

• BUSINESS TRIPS: Not only perfect for family vacations or romantic vacations. This unit also accommodates those on business trips. The unit includes a couple of spots to set up your computer, one at the main entrance table for a more professional setting (extension cord provided) or relax and work at the convertible coffee table that secretly pulls up and towards you to create a full desk as you sit comfortability on the couch and maybe even watch a little TV while you work ;) You'll have premium high-speed internet and there is an iron and ironing board located in the bedroom closet and ample closet hangers. Quick check-in/checkout let's you come and go as needed without the wait. Invoicing for your business trip is available upon request.

• SOFA BED: This one-bedroom full suite sleeps a total of 4 people. You'll find one bed in the closed bedroom and then a separate premium upgraded sofa bed which pulls out from a couch to a full bed that sleeps 2 more. Extra bedding for the sofa bed will be provided in the bedroom closet. Ample closet space and hangers.

Lovely apartment right in the centre of town, beautifully clean with excellent amenities including washer, dryer, cooker, microwave & coffee machine. Comfy bed would highly recommend.

The neighbourhood is very well situated, it lands in the middle of everything so that no matter which direction you turn, you'll find an abundance of cool shops, sites, and restaurants.

This property is very unique being one of the few properties in Calgary with a pool. The view is also very hard to come by as well as the convenience of having secure underground parking included in your nightly rate.
