Venus Bay beach house with all the Moo Views - linen, WiFi, pet friendly

Close to Beach #1 and the General Store, our beach house is a light filled, stylishly renovated, and pet friendly home away from home in beautiful Venus Bay.

Location:
10-minute walk to shops and eateries.
15-minute walk (5-minute drive) to the patrolled surf beach.
2-hour drive from Melbourne.
25 mins to Walkerville including Magic Beach
1 hour 15 minutes to Wilson’s Prom.
30-minute drives to Inverloch, Meeniyan, and the Great Southern Rail Trail.

Guest Access:
You have access to the whole house for your stay. The garage is locked however there is a large side drive perfect for boats/cars.

The space:
The house is a split level. Bathed in natural light and great views, the combined kitchen and living area provides a warm and inviting space at the front of the home. A covered deck is situated off this space and offers bar-style seating (and an outdoor table) and a BBQ with views over farmland and Anderson’s Inlet in the distance.

Bedrooms, laundry and bathrooms are neatly placed down the stairs towards the back of the home. Sleep easy knowing all our beds, mattresses, and quality pillows are brand new.

** No need to bring your own linen and bath towels, we provide all you will need for a super comfy stay**.

All rooms have built-in wardrobes robes with coat hangers and shelving.

The house has two showers inside (one in the main bathroom, and one in the en-suite). There are two separate toilets (one in the laundry, and one stand-alone). There is also a laundry with a washing machine and drying rack for you to use. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off.

Kitchen amenities:
We have provided lots of items to ensure you enjoy your time here. Kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, electric cook-top & oven, slow cooker, hand mixer, sandwich maker, and a coffee machine and grinder (we also have a coffee pod machine for those who prefer capsules). There’s tea and coffee to get you started.

We have a telescope for star gazing in the main living area for guest use on clear nights!

Split system unit for heating and cooling in the main room and main bedroom, along with individual portable heaters and fans in the other bedrooms. Beautiful wood fire heater in the main living room. Fire pit outdoors in winter months.

Pets:
We love having fur babies stay, but please note that while the property is fully fenced, there are some gaps that are used by wombats to roam around from property to property. This is not an issue for medium to large size dogs but would be an issue if you have a small dog that likes to get out. Fur babies are welcome inside but not on the beds, rugs and couches.
We provide two food/water bowls. Please bring your dog’s bedding.


****Guest Policy****

Our home is designed for **up to 7 guests** (including children). This limit is crucial for the proper function of our septic system, ability of our water tank to cope :) Exceeding the 7 guest max limit can lead to system damage and additional charges/cancellation of stay with no refund.

Any undeclared guests above your booking request may incur a fee of $100 per night per extra person, and $50 per night for pets. We understand plans change - just please let us know ahead of your visit :)

**Cleaning fee**: Basic cleaning supplies are provided, and a departure-only cleaning fee is included so the house is sparkling for the next guests.
