I’m glad you enjoyed your stay! I noticed that you had nothing but great things to say in the note you left on the counter, yet you left a 4-star review. Let us know if there’s anything we could have done to earn 5 stars. I understand that there are people who never ever leave a 5-star review, no matter how nice a place is, and that’s your prerogative, but it misleads others into thinking that the house isn’t as nice as it is. Maybe next time, say all those glowing praises that you said in the note that you left on the counter since other guests would love to hear that :-)

Our stay at this apartment was fantastic. The property was spotless, and everything was thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable stay. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and would happily stay here again.

Clean and well taken care of place to stay! The fold out couch holds one comfortably. Thankfully we brought an extra little cot for our fourth person. The walk to the convention center is about thirty minutes. Check in process and check out was easy to follow on the YouTube video provided. Kitchen had all the necessities and I loved that they donate leftover food.

Hi Abby. The convention center is exactly 3.5 blocks away, so I think maybe you took some kind of long route to get there? Next time, let me know and I’ll give you better directions to help get you there faster. I hope to get to host you again!!

Great experience from start to finish. The condo is well situated - close to transit and within a walkable distance from downtown. The unit is very clean, well-equipped and a comfortable homebase for a stay in SLC. Daniel is a great host and was excellent to deal with, communicative and very accommodating. The check-in and parking videos were very helpful and a nice touch. Definitely recommend staying here on your next visit to SLC!

Clean, close to downtown.

The unit was clean and in good condition. Bed was very comfortable. Daniel the property manager always responded to questions very fast.

Daniel was really a great host. His place was super clean. Everything was very well explained to allow the check in totally easy breezy. He immediately responded to any questions I ever had right away. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Cozy and as pictured.

We liked the updated unit. The only downside was the train which you could hear. We used the fan that we found in the closet to drown out the noise. It worked perfectly. There is also a great coffee shop on the property near where you enter with a car. Great breakfast,

We'd love to earn a 5-star review with each stay but understand that some people just never ever leave 5-star reviews, no matter how nice a house is, but it may be misleading for guests with more realistic standards. Perfect location for convention center!

We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment is super quiet, clean, safe and has everything we needed for our visit to SLC for a conference at the Salt Palace convention center. It’s a short walk ( maybe 5 minutes) to the train stop, then 2 stops to get to Temple Square and Salt Palace, so it takes only 15 minutes or so to get there! Checkin was easy, and they provide a video to help you find the parking spot and apartment within the complex. Owner was quick to respond to all questions. We used the well-equipped kitchen. Perfect for us!
