The spacious game room, which connects directly to the pool area, ensures endless fun for all ages. With three expansive decks, there’s no shortage of outdoor lounge space to soak in the ocean breeze.

Located just a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to a serene 7-acre lake, perfect for fishing and observing indigenous wildlife like ducks, egrets, and turtles. This home offers the perfect balance of coastal charm and modern convenience.

Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open from April 1 through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.
