On thing to note, and not a big deal, no dressers in any of the bedrooms. Plenty of closet space, just nowhere to put folded clothes.

Would have been nice to have checked into a comfortable cool place after traveling for 5 hours. Took a long time to cool place down,as well . The first night was intolerant. Other than the pool man interrupting our pool time for 2 hours to clean the pool. Things I feel could of been taken care of prior to our arrival. Neighbors cameras really make the poolside time feel invasive and uncomfortable.

Wonderful visit

The house was as advertised with plenty of amenities. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. The pool came in clutch after a long day at the beach. Will definitely rent again.

THIS IS A GOOD RENTAL IF YOU WANT TO TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE AND UTILIZE THE POOL. But for a three bedroom house, it should be TVs and all bedrooms.. for a three bedroom house. It should be more places to sit in the living room room besides one sofa for two people.. The ice machine and the water did not work on the refrigerator. It has a label stating that it does not work on the refrigerator.. I felt like that was very inconvenient. The bed could definitely be more comfortable for travelers vacation. Definitely cheap beds. I bring my kids to Daytona twice a year and this is the first house we rented that we did not get five stars too. There were no extra blankets or pillows available.. we ended up buying 2 50 inch TVs just for our time there and we took them back to Walmart before we left with our receipt.We even bought washcloths because the washcloths available there were about 20 inches long basically hand towels. Other than that, the rental was pretty cool.If I were to rent this place again, I would bring TVs so the kids can play the game or watch tv at night, washcloths, and blankets,

My stay was wonderful. It was a long day and very stressful traveling with a toddler and an infant. The plane was late and had a lot of turbulence. Car rental a night mare. The house was awesome. I was tired and trying to get checked in and my fault could not get it straight. I messaged the host and was answered immediately with friendly helpful directions. Got to house around 2 am and a light was on so we could see. Walked in to a very clean welcoming home. The house is very well done with a beach vibe. The pool was beautiful and clean. My granddaughter jumped right in for a couple minutes it was so inviting. I loved the huge laundry room with two washers and dryers.The bathrooms are beautifully done . The host A lot to do in the area. We went for an event in Daytona Beach we did not want to stay in Daytona Beach due to the high volume of crowds from the events. Port Orange was perfect not far from what we had to do. But quiet and lots of shopping ,restaurants, and things to do. Will definitely be returning to rent this house again. Thank you to the host for an amazing stay.

The house is absolutely beautiful. I really appreciate have pots and pans. Extra towels. The double washer and dryer was amazing. I had 4 adults and 2 kids in my party. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. All the beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood was a bonus. The only slightly negative was the bathroom sliding door was broken but the owner did try to fix it while we were there. Which was very nice. Also there is a step down into the bedroom by the kitchen. I think every one of us tripped on it. I can see why this host is listed as exceptional. I'd stay here again for sure!!

The house has a bad smell and so did the refrigerator. We bought baking soda for the refrigerator and that helped. The bedroom have serious electrical issues. It burnt out my 150 Apple charger. The light go off and on randomly switches would only work part time. We had to open the bedroom door at 5 o’clock in the morning and use the light from the kitchen to see. The front door on has two deadbolt and doesn’t stay closed unless it’s locked. A working ice maker and small televisions in the bedroom would have been nice. The front room is nice size but only one sofa and no chairs was inconvenient. The bedroom could use real mattresses instead of the cheap foam ones.

A true MVP (minimum viable product)Roof over my headThree bedrooms PoolWasher/dryerThis is essentially where the amenities ended.Ice machine was “not allowed due to the city suggestion”, each bed had paper thin sheets, and a similarly thin blanket (one extra blanket for the entire house). The pool was as cold as a polar plunge -there is a theoretical solar heater which had a circuit board that fell out when you opened the housing. The switches barely operated on it. No idea if it did or didn’t work as the water was so cold all week.Any additional things like coffee, sugar, water, etc are on you.The grill caught fire (substantially) as the grill plates and great trap were likely never cleaned until I did -after the fire the next day.The bathroom showers were lukewarm at its highest and there was only hot water for one 15 minute shower. Then, as instructed by the landlords (who did respond a few hours after I reached out about the fire and hot water), we needed to space out each shower per the request of the city guidelines.The house also smelled. We got two air fresheners and left them the refills (hopefully that’ll help the next set of guests). Lastly, the TV to couch ratio was really odd. One small couch big enough for two adults to almost hear the TV as you stare up.If you’re looking for the bare minimum with almost no chance of enjoying the screened in (not glass, not indoor as the photos suggest) pool, this is the place to book.

This was a perfect place to stay for our Rockville festival. We had 6 adults (2 mother/ son duos). The parking was amazing for 3 cars and the pool was fantastic. Easy to clean after the storms pass through. I will definitely love to stay again!!
