The Space:
Step into a beautifully renovated kitchen equipped with all the modern conveniences, perfect for whipping up delicious meals. Enjoy the expansive layout that includes two inviting living rooms and a cozy reading nook – ideal for creating lasting memories with your loved ones.

Bedrooms:
With four bedrooms featuring six comfortable beds and two sleeper sofas, our home can accommodate up to 14 guests. Each bedroom is designed for comfort and tranquility, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the charming streets of Savannah.

Bathrooms:
Indulge in the luxury of three and a half bathrooms, offering both style and convenience. Whether you prefer a leisurely soak or a quick refresh, our well-appointed bathrooms have you covered.

Outdoor Haven:
Relax and unwind by the large swimming pool, complete with two loungers for soaking up the Georgia heat. The pool area is fully enclosed with a screen to keep pesky bugs at bay, ensuring a serene outdoor experience.

Entertainment:
The garage has been transformed into an entertainment room, featuring beach chairs and a ping pong table. Spend your evenings playing games and enjoying each other's company in this delightful space.

Pet-Friendly:
Bring your furry friends along for the adventure! While the property is not fully fenced, it's pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members can join in on the fun. Just be sure to keep an eye on them as they explore the surroundings. *Note: two hypoallergenic dogs under 20lbs max.

Location:
Nestled on a quiet street adjacent to the Marsh in Wilmington Island, our home offers a peaceful retreat while being a short drive away from the vibrant energy of downtown Savannah.

Parking:
No need to worry about parking – our property features a spacious driveway where you can conveniently park up to five cars.

Escape the ordinary and make memories that will last a lifetime at our coastal retreat in Savannah. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply craving a break from the norm, our home has everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable stay!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the house, the backyard, the driveway, and one additional parking spot on the street directly in front of the house. Please refer to the check-in guide on the app for more details.


*Note: The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask that the space be treated with dignity and respect. Please keep noise to a minimum. Parties and events are not allowed.

The Neighborhood:
The property sits in a very quiet residential neighborhood. While there are neighbors on either side of the home, they are very respectful and quiet, so your privacy will be respected throughout your stay. We ask that you do the same for them to maintain harmony.

The neighborhood is in a secluded area of town, but you will still have easy access to Tybee and Downtown - you will enjoy the benefits and convenience of being able to reach anywhere in Savannah in no time!

There are many convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, and even a Walmart and Kroger within 3 minutes. So you can get all you need for your stay without a fuss!

Getting Around:
The house is conveniently located in Wilmington Island, which is halfway between Tybee Island (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (10-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks.

There is a very nice Kroger grocery store approximately a mile from the house. In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 2.5-miles away.

Other Things to Note:
We ask that the space, other guests, and our neighbors are treated with dignity and respect. Please respect the home and its rules. This will help us maintain peace and ensure that all of our guests have a wonderful Savannah Stay!

We live close by, so we are available to our guests day and night.

You are set up for self-check-in. The codes and instructions will be sent to you via the app at noon on the day of your arrival.

The space is dog-friendly. Our pet fee is set to $50 per day, per dog. This helps us maintain the space at a high level of cleanliness while accepting fur friends. Note: ESAs also pay a pet fee.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

I selected this home with the intentions of my kids and I relaxing and enjoying the covered pool. After comparing different homes this one was the best option for us solely based on the advertised “renovated pool area”. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the property we were blindsided with a destroyed/unusable pool. It was only after I voiced my disappointment with the pool’s condition that the owners informed me it was destroyed due to an ice storm. The home itself is beautiful and clean. My less than five star rating is based on the destroyed/unsafe pool area. The other hiccup came with delay of entering and securing the property upon leaving due to the digital lock being dead/inoperable. I was able to quickly contact the owners for assistance. Overall, I would suggest this home once the pool area is truly renovated. The pool cover is damaged/broken with bars hanging which I consider a safety hazard due to high winds. Outside of not having the ability to use the pool the home is beautiful and clean.
