Stunning waterfront on Sebago Lake with guest cottage and boat lift!
Incredible lake views and room for the extended family, This enchanting 3 bedroom, 2 Bath house sits steps away from your own private waterfront and dock. The guest cottage offers a loft space with queen bed and a sofa bed along with AC and another full bathroom and complete kitchen!
This house has it all for an incredible vacation including AC, Washer/Dryer, Wifi and gas grill.
Please Note: Our home sits directly across the street from our waterfront!
You can enjoy the dock, lawn area and firepit on our waterfront. As a bonus for smaller children, we have access to a more swim friendly community beach and dock where children can easily wade in the water.
Want to bring the BOAT! No problem we have a BOAT LIFT for that and PLENTY of parking for the trailer and a couple of cars. The boat lift holds up to 4,250 lbs (24') Max.

Originally from Maine and lake lovers our entire lives. We have been on Sebago Lake for more than 10 years. This lake never ceases to amaze us from sunset to sunrise every day brings a new view and new experience. A foggy morning can turn into a scortching afternoon in a heartbeat

Wards cove is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods on the lake. To say its family friendly is an understatement. We love sitting on the deck watching the kids ride up and down the street and all of the walkers and runners strolling by.

In addition to our own 70 feet of waterfront, we have access to a more swimmable community area just 1 house down! It offers a swim float and another dock! We also have tons of parking, a rarity in wards cove! Want to bring the boat and trailer? No problem, we have a mooring for that, and room for the trailer.
