Dreams do come true at this stunning canal-front four bedroom, three-bath home in the heart of Bonita Springs. The newly updated masterpiece combines family-friendly comfort and designer furnishings with a mix of earthy and contemporary accents. Its open floor plan and vaulted ceilings imbue a sense of peaceful spaciousness throughout the main living area and overlooking the terrace, brand new heated Saltwater pool & spa with a large deck, and palm-lined canal. At the heart of the home is a bright open kitchen with a huge center island/breakfast bar with ultra-modern appliances and all the tools and gadgets to please even the pickiest foodie.

The spacious owners suite has an orthopedic King bed, luxury linens, a contemporary sliding door closet, and a fabulous marble-decked master bath with Bonita Springs' most gorgeous walk-in shower. The second suite boasts the same warm-toned palette and earthy accents with a delightful Queen bed and lovely ensuite bathroom. And last but not least, bedrooms three and four have an adjacent full bath and both offer orthopedic Queen beds, luxurious details, ample closet and storage space, and views of the tropical garden outside.

House and outdoor area were great for this family of six. Living room and kitchen spacious, and the pool/lanai fantastic. Only complaint was the lack of bath towels

Good location for us but disappointed in cleanliness. The kitchen had ants, all the outdoor cushions were dirty and moldy, the bathrooms were very dirty. In addition, one of the neighbors complained we were playing our music too loud by the pool. The music was coming from an IPhone speaker and was not loud at all! It was also at @ 2:00pm…., not at night. The nicest part of the property was the pool!

With 46 prior 5-star reviews and an overall guest rating of 9.8/10, we are especially disappointed to hear that this stay did not reflect the experience our guests consistently have at this property. We sincerely apologize that the cleanliness did not meet our standards or yours. This has been addressed directly with our cleaning company to ensure our usual standards are maintained. We only wish we had been made aware of these concerns during your stay so we could have had the opportunity to address them immediately, especially when we reached out regarding the noise concern and asked how your stay had been. Our team is always available and would have gladly worked to resolve anything we could while you were still at the property. Regarding the music, the neighboring property was also occupied by vacation guests traveling with a small baby, which prompted their request regarding the noise. We’re sorry this impacted your afternoon and understand your frustration, particularly given the time of day. We’re very glad you enjoyed the pool and that the location worked well for your stay. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take it seriously and sincerely regret that your experience was not consistent with the exceptionally positive stays reflected in this home’s previous reviews.

Great Vacation Home

This was a great property for our family to meet up and hang out. We had 7 adults and 1 17 year old. There was plenty of room for all of us. The patio and pool area are fantastic.
