Whether you're seeking relaxation, adventure, or a little of both, Beachology at 135 Demere Landing is the perfect place to experience the best of Saint Simons Island. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!
Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). Student groups, spring break and events such as weddings, receptions, etc. are not permitted.
Dogs are allowed with a $150 fee per dog (2 dogs maximum)
Linens (Bath towels, beach towels & bed sheets) provided
Check-In: 4:00 pm Check-out: 10:00 am
1/2 mile to the beach (5-7 minute walk down Demere Rd)
Parking for one small to medium-sized vehicle in the garage area. General parking is also available directly next to the townhouse. Trailer, Camper, RV, Boat, etc. parking is not permitted.
The minimum Age Requirement of 25 years of age to rent the property.
With four beautifully furnished bedrooms and three full bathrooms, Beachology comfortably accommodates up to nine guests. The primary suite features a king-sized bed and HD TV, while the additional three bedrooms provide two more king beds and a twin and full bed, ensuring everyone has a cozy retreat after a day of island adventures.
Relax in the bright and airy living area, designed for comfort with plush seating and a large TV for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime a breeze, offering modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or step outside for al fresco dining on the patio, surrounded by peaceful garden views.
Outside, take a refreshing dip in the community pool, or venture out to explore the island's stunning beaches, charming boutiques, and fantastic dining spots—all just minutes away. For those craving adventure, golfing, fishing, kayaking, and scenic hiking trails are all within easy reach.
