We had a wonderful time. The house is lovely, spacious, well stocked and on a charming street. It is very well situated - we enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants and rode bikes to the beach. Thanks for a great time!

Great stay for our UGA/FLA weekend. Everyone complemented the comfort of their beds. Hosts were very responsive to any needs during our stay!

Great stay!

The house was very spacious and clean and Tom was super responsive as a host, which is rare. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Good house, great location

Great location, near Sea Island and near the Harris Teeter.

So this is not a legitimate review of the property. This guest put 6 guests on the reservation and showed up with 9. He left the house a complete mess, broke the refrigerator and there was a sticky substance all over the floors. I messaged him about these things and he refused to pay the extra person fees. I kept his $200 damage deposit to help pay for the additional cleaning fees incurred and for a small portion of the extra guests fee. He gave the house 3 stars as revenge, trying to negatively affect our business. I would never rent to him again and rated him with 1 star. Thank goodness we rarely get nightmare guests but this is what happens. The house is rated “exceptional “ by VRBO and we have over 145 FIVE star reviews. We pride ourselves in our properties and work extremely hard to provide a fantastic stay.

Great for families

We enjoyed our stay very much. While we were not “home” during the day, the house was warm and welcoming when we were there. There is so much to do in the area!

Second time we have stayed here with our family. It is exactly as advertised and an excellent value for the price. Our family is spread out on the island, and this house is a perfect central location with an easy drive to the pier area/east beach, Sea Island and Frederica. Tom and Amy are incredibly timely communicators and always make an effort to accommodate any special requests. Would recommend!

Great location and space

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had a group of 7 and the space was more than accommodating. Everything was clean upon arrival, and any ammenity we needed was available. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient to Sea Island

A nice quiet clean place for a 3 generation family of 5 adults to call home for a long weekend. Perfect setup with bedrooms and bathrooms. Convenient to Sea Island and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.
